I stopped here to do some laundry during an extended work trip to Adelaide. The facility is super clean and equipment is very easy to use. Bring coins if you want to purchase detergent. The machines scan be operated with credit card payments. I was in and out in under 45 minutes with a load of clean clothes.

I cannot thank H2O Laundry Services enough! I brought in a custom-made cream suit—crafted from cashmere wool and silk—that is not only extremely expensive but also very dear to me. After a full glass of red wine was accidentally spilled all over it at an event, I was devastated and truly thought it was ruined. With a heavy heart, I entrusted the suit to H2O Laundry Services, and I’m so glad I did. From the very beginning, the team was professional, honest, and managed my expectations clearly. Their pricing was fair and reasonable, and even though there was a chance the suit might not fully recover, I felt confident in their care. To my absolute joy and relief, they fully restored the suit—it looks exactly as it did the day I first had it made. I couldn’t be happier. Amazing service! Outstanding results! Lulu at H20 Laundry Service went above & beyond to help me on the spot with removal of wax from a delicate & sentimental clothing item. Absolutely amazing customer service, I stuffed up my washing at nearly 10pm and they went above and beyond to help me I'm so appreciative honestly that's on top of it being great store overall, they take coins or card, the store is always nice and clean (after hours so assuming during hours is even better haha) fair pricing, baskets provided to help from wash to dry, washing powder available. Very handy

Excellent service and customer service! I visited several other laundry stores, but none of them were willing to help me clean my extremely dirty down jacket. However, this particular store went above and beyond and cleaned it as if it were brand new! I thoroughly enjoyed their service and highly recommend them.

We went to Lulu to have a wedding dress and wedding outfits dry cleaned. Lulu did an outstanding job at removing difficult stains such as sweat, significant grass stains and dirt stains.
