I stopped here to do some laundry during an extended work trip to Adelaide. The facility is super clean and equipment is very easy to use. Bring coins if you want to purchase detergent. The machines scan be operated with credit card payments. I was in and out in under 45 minutes with a load of clean clothes.

I cannot thank H2O Laundry Services enough! I brought in a custom-made cream suit—crafted from cashmere wool and silk—that is not only extremely expensive but also very dear to me. After a full glass of red wine was accidentally spilled all over it at an event, I was devastated and truly thought it was ruined.

Absolutely amazing customer service, I stuffed up my washing at nearly 10pm and they went above and beyond to help me I’m so appreciative honestly that’s on top of it being great store overall, they take coins or card, the store is always nice and clean (after hours so assuming during hours is even better haha) fair pricing, baskets provided to help from wash to dry, washing powder available. Very handy

I visited several other laundry stores, but none of them were willing to help me clean my extremely dirty down jacket. However, this particular store went above and beyond and cleaned it as if it were brand new!

The literally best laundromat I have ever used. The machines are new and clean l. And there are enough of them, meaning you never have to wait. In addition to the two rows of bench seats to sit on, there are table and chairs to use because it’s a combination of a laundromat and a cafe. And the coffee is simply fabulous as it’s made of the owner herself’s passion.

The family that owns it is very friendly, and have such a welcoming atmosphere. It’s perfect for every day traveler. You can get clean clothes and back out on the road.

Very clean laundromat! Owner is super nice! The food is fantastic as well, especially the chicken soup!!! Highly recommended!!! But the soup is only available during the weekends.

Staff were friendly and helpful, food was yummy, clothes got cleaned quickly, a great convenient payment method, and a reliable just in case. Only I think my clothes got a little stretched. Could have been my fault for air drying but not too sure. Overall a positive experience.

This is my first visit to a laundromat here in Australia, so my ratings are based on comparing this to those in the US.
Machines are clean and functioning well; steady wifi; customers are considerate (most of them didn’t leave their clothes in the machine for too long); the place is clean -not immaculate but good enough for a laundromat, only some clothes lying on the floor; not sure about if it’s fairly priced but I’m happy with it.

The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a clean and inviting atmosphere.The machines were top-notch, efficient, and easy to use, which made my laundry experience a breeze. To pay for washing I had to download app. Said on machine that you can use Apple Pay, so I thought that’s alright, my personal info won’t be disclosed. Get on there and you can only use credit card or PayPal. Ended up having to enter full name & PayPal details. Had to add $15 to app wallet for $14 wash cycle. Then to dry my blanket, had to upload another $15. Begrudgingly put another $15 on. Then app says I only have $2 in wallet. History says I did a second load of washing! Had to request refund from process on app, but now read app reviews saying people don’t get a refund. You have to go to your bank and register a fraud. $2 was not enough to get my blanket dry and I was supposed to sleep under it tonight. Update: I submitted a claim for a refund through PayPal and have been notified that I will be issued a refund.

The wash machine ate my coins and did not work. I emailed the company and they promptly provided assistance. Then I used the dryer and my duna was dry in only 10min. Great job, well done.

Our washing machine broke down, so we had to use this place for a week or two, while we were waiting for our new one. I was impressed by the cleanliness of this place. The machines are all in great condition, and there is a change dispenser available. If you prefer, there is an app available to download and pay, so you don’t even need cash to use the machines. Aircon is available (if you use your eyes to find the very obvious switch, unlike some people), there is a free phone charge bay also.

24 hour laundromat with modern washers and dryers. I’ve only used dryers as mine died not long ago. Can dry an entire load of washing in 12 minutes and only cost me $3. Very handy indeed. Can also pay to use machines on the web and just enter a code for the machine and away it goes.

Could have given you more stars if your services be a little bit cheaper. Happy with cleanliness and service but the hot wash for $11 and every dollar with the dryers gives only 7 minutes. There are laundromats around with 10 minutes per dollar for dryers and reasonable prices for the washes.

Waste of money. All my clothes were soaking wet after the wash, even though I paid $12. When we returned, the entire floor was wet. We then used the dryer (No. 12, lower) for 30 minutes, but it did nothing. We spent $6 on the dryer, and the clothes were still soaking wet—we now have to dry them again. Customers should be informed if the machines are not working properly.

Super clean facility and machines. The machines were efficient and timely, and you don’t need to bring your own laundry detergent as it’s included! There are phone charging ports, and a cafe nearby. The only downside is there is no toilet on site, you have to walk across the street to the public restrooms there.

It’s very useful and easy to reach on public transport. Buses stop in front of the Kurralta Central shopping center. Easy to pay with your card and easy to use!
I’d improve the cleaning of the place, like getting rid of those few spiders on the ceiling (I have arachnophobia ).

Great fast service again 24 hour laundromat pretty sure those coffee shops close by why wait excellent service. The shop was clean. Can’t ask for much more than that. Next time. I’ll write a photo video

Is nearby to my house and very convenient. My coin got stuck one day and the customer service quickly helped me to get my money back. Absolutey impressed. Loved it.

It was packed and a line up for the dryers. People using 3 dryers to dry their monthly washing. Had a problem with the coin mech but I was reassured by the owner that I was at Fault and not the mechanism. I was offered $7 back as I only got $1 register on the timer. I gracefully decline this offer and will take my business somewhere else.

I wont be coerced into accepting my money back for a 5 star review. I’ll say it like it is and be true to the people who are thinking of using your services.

While visiting Adelaide after a dusty trip through the Flinders Ranges and Coober Pedy, we found Mr. Suds Laundromat, and it was perfect! The location was so convenient, and the prices were very reasonable. The machines have a built-in detergent dispenser, included in the wash price, so there’s no need to bring or buy detergent separately. The dryers were large and efficient, drying our clothes in under 45 minutes. We were able to wash and dry everything while enjoying a meal nearby. The laundromat is open 24 hours, very clean, and felt safe. Highly recommend

Expensive but wash and dry seemed okay (but no fragrance so I am not sure whether there was any powder involved). Straightforward to use and facility pretty clean although there was a hole in the ceiling and broken ceiling tile on the floor! However, in spite of seemingly three routers available with good signal no password was provided and a QR code for that didn’t work possibly because the poster is faded! I managed to connect to the local Grill’d.

Pretty poor experience overall so I would avoid and go somewhere else (I’m guessing this is a franchise).

The only thing that threw me off – you don’t buy detergent. It’s included in the machines. That was weird at first but it made the process even easier.

Inexpensive and convenient. Way better than hotel laundry service. Change machine wasn’t working, but Google/Apple Pay worked great.

Place is clean and well-maintained with plenty of machines available for use. There is a vending machine, which had a good selection of snacks and drinks available. The coffee machine was a nice touch too.

What really stood out to me was the option to pay using my phone. While I did have to pay a small fee to use the mobile pay, it was worth it for the convenience it provided.

The pricing was reasonable with the total cost coming to $8.30 for about 4kg of clothes.

I’ve been going here for years, and it’s gotten so bad in the last few months. Price rose to $1 for 6 minutes, and now the minimum on card is $5 (I only need $4 and this has been fine for years..)
Then today, my dryer ran for 30minutes and never got hot. Not happy, and there’s no way to get my $5 back because customer service is non-existant. This is the second time in 2 weeks that I’ve had to pay twice for one reason or another.

We are visiting from the US and we’re running out of clean clothes and found this location online. It was a short walk from where we were staying, very clean, and the Phone pay options were very convenient. Highly recommend!

Great place and an amazing stuff willing to help at any time unfortunately I had some towels that got stolen from the dryer but I was not in the place but even they found out the images with the person who took it and so I could go to the police.

Very exciting machines, used them for the first time. And it’s actually pretty nice. Brownie points for how clean the place is!!!

$12.00 plus a small surcharge for a 30 minute or so wash is rather expensive and as far as I can tell there is no way to add your own washing liquid if you wanted to do that. No tray to pour some into. Only option would be pouring some liquid into the inside of the machine itself. Based on other reviews it seems like the machines don’t actually add liquid or detergent at all. Having also used their on-site dryers I paid for a 20 minute dry cycle on the highest temperature possible. The cycle finished and the clothes didn’t even feel remotely warm as I expected they should. Some items of clothing were still damp. I won’t be coming back to this place

Very dirty & clothes everywhere which made me question using the machines

Matt was awesome! I understand the high rating this laundromat receives due to the personal service. Being from Sydney, I’m used to laundromats are where you drop laundry off and pick it up later. It seems on the west coast, you do your own laundry! So imagine my relief when Matt came to the rescue suggesting which washer to use and actually personally putting soap then my clothes into machine and putting coins in to start laundry! He even handed over 4 x $1 coins for dryer! Which left me with nothing to do but sample local yummy food @ E for Ethel’s organic cafe nearby Exceptional customer service Matt

A bit dirty, as ir seems no one is taking care of it.
No sign to clean the filter of the dryer – it was super dirty. It is so good they offer the laundry powder and you can pay with cards but it cannot be the card on you phone. Good be much better

When we were doing our laundry it wasn’t well maintained, not free soap available either coffee. Small improvement should be considered.

Now, with less washers and smaller dryers and less flexible dryers too.

Last night I discovered they were “Temporarily closed” …
No indication of for how long or why…
(Had their HWS spring a leak?
Were their dryers blowing electrical fuses?
Was someone using the place as their own personal toilet?
I have no idea & there was nothing apparently wrong from what I could observe…)

Now I have to find somewhere else and they won’t be getting this fortnight’s $$ form me…

I ended up spending more then intended because a dryer took my money but did not complete the full cycle. The dryer only loaded 10 minutes instead of 45 but on the pay screen and mobile site said it has 35 minutes left on the cycle, yet no cycle ran or could be started. Two machine were kinda gross and has rice and food all through it, another covered in dog hair. The floors are also a bit rank, I like the spongy orange as an aesthetic buuutttt maybe not the best choice for a laundromat. I do enjoy/ stand by the concept of the laundry service and that it is for charity etc. so I’ll probably be back. But yeaaahh maybe look at the charging or having some supplies to wipe down machines etc.
