Service Today

This is my first time using Service Today. I needed a plumber for tap work in the bathroom. I was super impressed with the person I spoke to when initially booking the service. The plumber who did the job was very polite, knowledgeable and did a great job. Most importantly, no more dripping, corroded taps - happy days I intend to call them out again for another job too

Service Today installed a Daiken reverse cycle air conditioner at my house. I was extremely impressed by how coordinated the team was in the removal of my old system and the installation of the new one. They took their time and answered any question that l had about the system. Once installed, they explained how to use every aspect of the unit and we even set up the apps on our devices. They left the job site as neat as a pin. I have no hesitation in recommending Service Today in installing your reverse cycle air conditioning unit. Professional, thorough and very knowledgeable about the product.

Having used the services of 'Service Today' previously - and being very satisfied on the job performed, I again called them for a quote on some minor electrical work required. A representative arrived the next day, on time as scheduled. The quote was quick and reasonable - which I accepted. The final job was completed within a couple of days, in a competent, professional and friendly manner. Great service! Helpful and Friendly, didn’t try to upsell. The quoting process was simple, honest and straightforward. Not the cheapest quote by any means but do you really want cowboys working on your home? They’re a business, and after reading some of the other reviews, it’s clear that people need to understand the concept of running a business. I just replaced a gas continuous hot water system, and from quote to job completed was less than 24 hours. Everything that was done was explained to me in detail and the workmanship quality was excellent. I would not hesitate to use these guys again.

I highly recommend Service Today Adelaide. The switchboard needed to be upgraded, and Sam and Ross arrived on time after ringing me to let know they would be at my home at 9 am. They were polite and courteous, both had their identification. The work was done efficiently and professionally. Once completed they checked to make sure everything was working. Great job ! !

I was surprised that my husband was able to for a plumber as early as he did. Dave was able to explain what had happened to the front garden tap & was told that someone would be here to see to it for us & that the guy would telephone when he was half an hour away from our address. When he arrived, he was polite but friendly & told Dave exactly what he was going to do to complete the job, which he did do. I was very impressed with Service Today & would certainly recommend them to anyone that needed a plumber. Many thanks.
