Absolutely fantastic business to deal with. One of the appliances we bought was unknowingly damaged before we received it and Nick and the team resolved the issue immediately with a replacement. We were so grateful because we'd saved up to buy them and we were devastated to find the damage but they were brilliant. Definitely the place to shop for quality appliances at a good price. The staff are knowledgeable and really helpful when it came to choosing what we needed. 5⭐

Got a refrigerator from here 3 years ago and its stopped working now. Nope, I got it from here, ive legally changed my name thats why you wouldn't be able to find the name. Paid $878 for the refrigerator and $75 for the delivery, now its a lemon after 3 years. Ive emailed you and you was talking to me up until you received the order details then you've stopped talking to me. May Allah help all the faithful people Amen
Absolutely brilliant from start to finish! Purchased a new 900mm gas/electric stove last week from Jeannie at this outlet. Price was great and service was terrific. I was told tradesmen would contact me re delivery and fitting. Was contacted the same day and given time for fitting today. Gas fitter (Peter) and electrician (Andrew) arrived promptly on time and fitted appliance with no fuss. In these days of some very ordinary customer service it makes a nice change to be treated as the focus of a business. I would definitely recommend this business.
Came late in afternoon from country to see them. It was close too there time for closing, yet they stayed open due to us phoning ahead. Ended up buying not just a washing machine but also new fridge. The sales guy Nick was an awesome with his customer service. Ask to wrap the fridge up good and boy they did just that! Would definitely recommend to anyone. WILL be back to buy more
