Bolton Clarke Carinya, Myrtle Bank - Residential Aged Care

My Mum has had a very positive experience at Carinya (Bolton Clarke) Myrtle Bank in the years that she has been there. The staff are very caring and patient and have taken the time to get to know her and her needs very well. There are plenty of activities and some outings and her room is very comfortable. Thank you for looking after her so well!

My dad loves living at Carinya! At first, he was scared & upset - such a big change - but deep down he knew he couldn’t live on his own anymore. So the staff dug deep, which wasn’t hard, and he slowly but surely came round to loving every day! The staff are so caring, they are wonderful! And the other residents are lovely. Now dad can live his best life with round the clock care, love and dignity from the respectful managers and staff members. Thanks Carinya! You rock! Shaz

Delighted we have finalised my Mother's home-from-home at Carinya! After going through a 'minefield' with Mum needing to transition to residential care, we feel so fortunate. Mum now has a beautiful room with all her needs taken care of and meals are amazing. The staff are wonderful, there is a focus on health and wellness with the right amount of care provided without condescension. Lovely garden suroundings and fresh air is encouraged. Mum is making new friends and seems so much happier

My Mother has lived at Carinya for 3 years and both she and I are extremely happy with this place . The Management and Staff are very caring and friendly. There is always plenty of activities for the residents. Apart from good food, often treats are included and special days are always celebrated. I couldn't recommend highly enough. It's so reassuring for me to know she's well cared for.

We would like to thank Rita, Candi and all the Carinya village for their amazing love and care for Mum. Since Rita and Candi arrived at Carinya, Mum enjoyed a safe, loving and caring home. We can only commend and thank from the bottom of our hearts all those who played a part in looking after her; she was happy, content and felt safe until she sadly passed away. I can only say, the staff treated mum with respect, dignity and provided the very best of care at all times. We have the highest regard for the Carinya Village, and they will always stay in our thoughts as compassionate, professional and providing mum with the best possible home in the last years of her life. Frequent communication from Carinya, often with photos ( many thanks to Rita and Ivan) keep us up to date with the many activities at this residence. Friendly caring staff, excellent food and a lovely atmosphere throughout a well appointed and organised home - we're very relieved we brought our parent here.
