We were in an emergency situation with Molly our dachshund and were well informed about our options by Tara the vet. Her detailed explanations helped with decision making for Molly. It was evident that other vet/s were consulted in managing Molly’s condition which gave us confidence. Everything turned out well fortunately. Sarah handled the discharge preparation well and helped with decision making too. The nurses and other reception staff were lovely and respectful. Looks like a good team. Thank you

We were recommended to SASH when our dog was diagnosed with diabetes which our local vet could not control. The professionalism and caring attitude we found there reassured us we were in the best of hands. The entire staff not only cared for the animals but also for the owners. The assistance, caring and understanding we received cannot be over stated. We were very stressed as we had an unco-operative dog when it came to his daily insulin injection. The patience that everyone showed us was much appreciated. A big thank you to Dr. James who guided us through this traumatic time with his compassion and understanding. I could not rate SASH highly enough with the experience we received. Keep up the fabulous work you do, believe me it is truly appreciated by us.

All the staff at SASH were absolutely wonderful caring for our beautiful boy, Sullivan. From our first phone call to checking in on him once he was home was outstanding. We appreciated their loving care and guidance through a very tough time

The entire team from the people that greeted us to the doctors and nurses that looked after me and my Corgi were incredible. I've never met a vet doctor who was so thorough, understanding and felt like I was in extremely good hands with his technical knowledge and options available moving forward. The building was clean, tidy and welcoming and would recommend this vet to anyone in a heart beat. Thanks to the entire team working to help us and others look after our pet family members

Poor Bronco broke his leg on a Sunday arvo and we took him to Sash. The staff were professional, compassionate, caring and amazing. He was quickly seen and operated on the next day. We received regular photos and updates of Bronco during his stay and thanks to the team at Sash he is now back home on the couch. Couldn’t be happier with the service and treatment.

We have never been to an emergency vet before. Sash were amazing all the staff were so lovely and calm and explained everything thoroughly. We felt very safe in their care. Highly recommend and thanks for sorting out our sweet girl 🙂

My experiences with SASH when my pet is in a crisis has been that the staff, from surgeon, vet, nurse to client service team member have been compassionate, professional and knowledgeable. They made having my 10 month old puppy undergoing life surgery a little easier as they walked me through everything step by step, answered any questions I had and sent me updates along the way. They were clear and punctual when checking in on her progress and they took such good care of her, that after 2 surgeries and almost a week of recovery time the veterinary clinic is still one of her favourite places to be.
