Customer Reviews
Café Troppo has a rating of 4.5 out of 5 based on over 935 reviews on Google
We decided to have a friend’s birthday brunch there but I did not book in advanced(my own problem) Unfortunately, the service wasn’t good. I requested a table for five and waited at least 15 minutes, but guests who arrived later simply went to the empty tables. We ended up squeezing into a small one. After that, we placed our order and HAD TO WAIT 45 minutes to be served;) matcha was watery, foods were good overall
Visited for lunch on a Thursday. The place had a nice ambience and wasn’t too crowded, which made for a comfortable experience. We sat inside as it was a bit too windy outdoors. Service was great—staff were friendly and attentive. I ordered the bacon toastie and requested no onion jam, but was told it couldn’t be modified as it’s premade and simply reheated, which was a bit disappointing. The bacon was also too hard for my liking. I had a mocha, which was just okay. My friend ordered the chilli eggs, and honestly, her dish looked much more appetising than mine.
Awesome atmosphere. Situated in a quiet part of Adelaide City. Coffee was tasty. Probs a Ethiopian/Columbian. Solid 8 for the coffee. I find this place very relaxing. Not too busy this Thursday lunch time .. 1235pm, but I've drivn past in the past and this cafe definitely pumps at times. I think it is the decor and setup which really does it here for me..and of course the great coffee. Approx a 10 minute walk from the Central Markets. ☕️
Amazing brunch at Cafe Troppo ! The service was fantastic and the staff very friendly. The food selection was interesting and varied, we had a hard time choosing with so many great dishes on the menu. Both out meals were delicious. Highly recommend !
Café Troppo is a hidden gem in Adelaide! Always buzzing with people, it’s got the perfect mix of cool, relaxed vibes and delicious, locally-sourced food. The coffee is consistently amazing, and the service is friendly every time. A must-visit spot if you’re after great food and chill energy in the city! ☕
Had a pleasant breakfast at this cafe yesterday. Awesome atmosphere, ingredients for breakfast fresh and friendly staff
Just grabbed an ice latte today, which was in a Saturday morning. There ice latte was perfect and really good for such hot weather today (max temperature will soon reach 35°C in this afternoon). It's my first time visiting this Cafe. It's almost fully occupied for outdoor sittings. The atmosphere of outdoor sittings was very relaxed and cozy. Street parking is just next to the Cafe so it's convenient to visit by car. I will definitely visit again with my friends or family for a big breakfast and of course their good coffee too.
