An overdue review. We were here during the Easter Break. So glad we did, in fact we were here twice in 4 days. The service was excellent from the servers to the cashier. Food was delicious, especially the fish, it was fresh and fried to perfection. Price was reasonable too! Next time we are in Adelaide, we know where to get authentic Indonesian food.

Just a short visit to adelaide and i stop by at this indonesia restaurant. The place is around city, The restaurant is so neat and nice. the food was okay but i have my favorite here. The Tahu gejrot was so amazing specially the cuko soup. the siomay and batagor was also nice and the beef ribs and opor. Will back for sure for the tahu gejrot!

Good value for a quick meal. The beef rib I had was really tender and fell off the bone when pulled apart with the fork. Would not recommend the milk tea though, which tasted like made from powder.

Nice variety for all types of food preferences including vegans. Good food portions for affordable prices. Enjoyable spicy flavors for those that like the heat.

Authentic. Cafe style, not a date night. Mains were fantastic, desert was a banana disaster which was inedible. Go figure. Have no concept of separation between courses, everything came at once.

I visited Pandok Daun a few times. The food quality was always good, quite big portion, and absolutely delicious. The price level was very reasonable. I have only visited Bali, Indonesia, one time. I would say some dishes are very close to those I tried before when I lived in Hong Kong. There were over 160,000 Indonesians living in Hong Kong, so I believed those Indonesian restaurants in Hong Kong were pretty authentic. This was the best Indonesian restaurant that I ever tried in Australia. I am happy to recommend it to my friends, colleagues and anyone who likes Indonesian food.

I ordered the takeaway fried chicken with crispy flakes ( Ayam kremes ), and it was absolutely delicious. Even after keeping it in a container for two hours, the crispy flakes stayed crunchy, the vegetables were still fresh, and the chicken was still so tasty. I really loved the belacan sauce — it’s spicy, but so addictive that I couldn’t stop eating! As a cabin crew member, I often bring food back to my room, but I usually never finish it — not even the instant noodles I bring from my home country. But this meal was different. This was my first flight to Adelaide, and your food made me forget I was here. It truly felt like I was back in Indonesia. Thank you for such a heartwarming meal! Semoga success selalu ya! Salam dari negara jiran Indonesia - Malaysia
