I had such a great experience with Dogtainers! Getting a quote through their website was super easy and straightforward, and every time I called to follow up with questions about having my puppy delivered from Adelaide to Melbourne, I always spoke to someone who was clear, thorough, friendly, and genuinely kind and empathetic.

The communication throughout the whole process—from departure to landing and final delivery—was smooth and reassuring. All the staff I dealt with were lovely, and my puppy was delivered in a happy, healthy, and calm state. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

From start to finish, I would recommend the Dogtainers team..lisa was extremely Caring and compassionate and such a help in getting my 2 dogs safely from Adelaide to Manchester, with regular pupdates ..she made an anxious time run smoothly and I can’t thank her enough for her kindness and dedication.

We have moved our Africanis “Pippa” before to other countries. This time it was a relatively short hop from Brunei to Adelaide via PEQ in Melbourne. Thank you Dogtainers, in particular Angie who I delt with in the office, and Vicky who delivered Pippa from the airport (and enjoyed my very teary reunion). Communication was great, and there seemed a genuine care and passion for their work. Pippa is now with me in Adelaide (albeit not loving the cold haha). Can certainly recommend them and they will be my first stop should we ever need pet transport in the future.

Dogtainers were a wonderful source of transport for my puppy. I paid a great price and had my puppy safely flown to me. I would trust dogtainers to transport my pets any day of the week! Highly recommended 🙂

Dogtainers provided a flawless service for our new pup, Matilda, to fly from Adelaide to Central Western New South Wales via Sydney. A pickup service, two flights, and the option of a doorstep delivery services as well.

Dogtainers staff were impeccable in their over-the-phone service, account detail retrieval and immediate understanding of our individual needs for Matilda’s trip.

Matilda arrived in perfect health albeit a little tired after her multi-leg trip during which she received multiple welfare checks.

Both Ian & Kathie worked closely with me to secure a flight and ensure our new puppy was safely delivered from Toowoomba to Adelaide. Their prices were great and service was very personable. The crate provided is sturdy too! Pup arrived happy considering the long journey 🙂 Highly recommend!

Obviously, I must have caught this company at a bad time. They were moving (I think?) so may have been a stressful situation for them. The team were very friendly, and our cat arrived safely. I can’t give 5 stars as communication at the time was poor. Going by all the other reviews, this hasn’t been an issue before or since. I can only hope my experience was a one off. All in all, a great service.

Very affordable and friendly. Cat got where he needed to go. But that’s where the positives end. I was promised emails/texts providing quotes, flight updates, addresses etc, but had to call and follow up each and every time. Not once was a promised follow up actually delivered. Paid $125 for a comfort stop, which I assume took place, but no update was provided. Flight delays which are not the fault of this company, meant our cat was crated for 12 hours. An update during the comfort stop would have been appreciated. We also had to check flights for delays because Animal Travel services stop at booking.

After having horrible issues with Jetpets cancelling only a few hours before our new puppy’s flight. My partner and I were contacting every interstate pet transport company only to have the same ‘and wait for our email’ reply.
When I called Animal Travel, I spoke to Jeff and instantly he was a cut above the rest.
Jeff was proactive and his communication and honest knowledge was like no other.
Because of Jeff we were able to rebook our puppy’s flight through him and get her flown down to Melbourne with and hours notice.
I can’t express how grateful I am for Jeff and all the others at Animal Travel.

The animals travel team were great help in the transport of my pet.
Very quick and diligent communication and happily talked me through the process to make it as comfortable as possible for my pet.
Would definitely use again if needed

My wife & I have recently engaged Brooke’s help with our 11month old pup for a midday walk on the days we are both at work. Her service has been amazing, we get plenty of photos of their walk together as well as a map of where they have been. Our pup responds very well to her and gets very excited when she comes to collect him.
Brooke is also extremely accommodating when our schedules get moved around.

Brooke is a real dog-whisperer. Our anxious, timid ‘doodle’ , Zoe, responded to her after their first walk; after that time Zoe would head out with her and not look back.
She’s also a people-whisperer. I’ve learned so much about handling our dog just from our few interactions.

Brooke is amazing. She has been a reliable fixture in our life for more than a decade, and has never let us down. She is unfailingly cheerful and pleasant, and has a real gift with animals – and for taking great pictures of them too! I look forward to her reports and photo pack coming in while I’m at work, it brightens my day to see how much fun my little dog is having out in the world while I’m busy.

As a special recommendation, Brooke is great with dogs that can be a handful. For many years she walked a very traumatised rescue dog of mine, who was extremely reactive, and there was never once an incident – if she can handle Murphy, she can handle any dog you have!

Brooke has been walking our two doggos for many years (and occasionally helping get them to the groomers by pet taxi). They know which day she comes (their favourite day of the week) and are always so happy to see her. I highly recommend Happy Pet Helpers.
