My puppy is never so excited as she is when she realises she’s coming to get a groom with Penn! It’s such a big thing to trust someone with what could be scary for a little puppy and it’s so obvious how caring they are here by how much she loves it.

Having Bichon Frise they need to be clipped regularly. We have had multiple groomers over the years and Mike’s has done a fantastic job. Our dog has Cushing’s thus grooming is not easy but the results have been flawless. Recommend 100% !!!

The best grooming place in Adelaide for my fur babies! This was our first visit for MikeNeko Pet, I was bit worried whether my two fur babies like or not , but my 10-year-old Shih Tzu x Maltese loves this place, looked so relaxed when he was in store. The lady who served us was very friendly and listen carefully, asked what kind of style I wanted. After consultation, I feel confident that they will be looked after. Had very bad experience here. Literally took 2 people 3 hours to cut 3.5 kg toy poodle which had uneven hair all over and left chunk of hair under the neck, hands and leg and charged $230 for clipper down the hair. Very unprofessional wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

The most trusted pet groomer in Adelaide. They do regular sales up to 20% and more on quality pet products and staff are always friendly and ready to help. I always do full cleans for both my iggies here and am satisfied. Honestly better anal gland and ear care by them then some local vets! Today, I took my Lucky cat to take a bath. After washing, the cat's hair is very soft and fragrant. The staff in the store are very good to cats . By the way, I bought a lot of snacks and staple foods for the cat that he likes very much. My cat likes to eat snacks from MikeNeko's shop the most. This store is really great, and the decoration is also very nice
