Hedgegrove Pet Retreat

Hedgegrove have looked after my cats and dog on numerous occasions for long weekends and for up to three weeks. All of my pets have been very happy to return and have been well cared for when they are picked up. The staff are very attentive to the individual needs of pet and are always welcoming and professional when we check in and out. The cat areas are a reasonable size, compared to other options, and well maintained. Staff take the time to give a report on each animal at pick up and it is extra reassurance that they have spent time caring for them.

Hi. My name is Buddy and I have a holiday at Hedgegrove Cattery. The lovely lady who looks after me comes to the car and collects me in my cat carrier and takes me to my room. She helps me settle in and makes me feel at home. It’s a comfy room and I get yummy food. She gives me lots of pats and talks to me as I am very vocal and enjoy a chat.When it’s time to go home she takes me to the car in my cat carrier and says goodbye until next time. I enjoy my holiday at Hedgegrove and Mum doesn’t have to worry as I am being well cared for.

Leaving Wrath and Boujee behind is never easy, but this place made it stress-free. From the moment we arrived, I felt like they were in good hands. They came home happy, healthy, and full of cuddles. Thank you for treating them like your own!

Our rescue pup Dill has been going to Hedgegrove Doggy Daycare since he was 13 weeks old, a couple days a week, and he absolutely loves his time there. Each time we arrive, he almost jumps out of the car with excitement. The team are amazing with him and he thoroughly enjoys his paw n play sessions. I can't say enough good things about Hedgegrove! From the moment I dropped off my pet, I felt completely at ease. The staff is friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about animals. My pet came home happy, healthy, and well-cared-for.

We are more than happy to entrust out beloved Charlie to be cared for at Hedgegrove when we need her to be looked after. We know she is happy and being looked after by the pictures and videos we receive daily while she is on holiday. The carers obviously enjoy their time with the pets in their care. Charlie loves the carers and we are pleased with the ability to add extras such as swimming and extra long walks so that she is busy and has the constant companionship she has at home. We do not hesitate in recommending Hedgegrove for looking after your loved family member.
