I’ve been meaning to write this for so long but life kept getting in the way. My two dogs stayed here for two months, and honestly, they couldn’t have been in better hands. The team cared for them like their own, gave them their meds right on time, and kept everything spotless. I felt completely at ease knowing they were so well looked after. Thank you from the bottom of my heart – we’re so grateful! ❤️

It was my dog’s first time staying at a kennel, and since he’s very timid, I was quite worried. But the lovely team at Golden Grove Dog Kennels quickly recognized his anxiety and thoughtfully prepared a comfortable sleeping area for him so he could feel safe and rest properly.
I had inspected several places before, but Golden Grove was the only one where I genuinely felt a sense of cleanliness and care — the fresh and clean scent immediately put my mind at ease.
The staff are incredibly kind and attentive. I’m truly grateful to them for taking such good care of my little one.

Our 4 bulldogs just spent 11 days at Golden grove as we attended a wedding overseas. I never thought I would feel so confident and comfortable leaving our dogs at boarding kennels. The facilities are great and just the whole vibe of the owners give you peace of mind. We collected 4 very happy dogs. If you’ve had concerns boarding your bully breeds, board them here, I highly recommend them
Couldn’t be happier with their care

Our White Swiss Shepherd has been staying here anytime we go away since we moved into the area several years ago. He’s always in good shape and spirits when we collect him. Easy to tell that Dylan and Tabitha are ‘dog people’ and our boy is comfortable with them.

Our 3 year old shitzu cross has been boarding, visits daycare once a week and we use the beautiful groomer there as well. Great friendly, caring staff. Sia loves going and always sleeps well after. She has made many friends and we always feel safe knowing she is looked after just as well as she is at home. The boarding suite has a courtyard and doggy door, tv, climate controlled & spacious. She is taken outside to the large yard 3 times a day to run & play. They supply food twice a day and lots of cuddles. We receive a report & photos each day of her stay as well.
We are so lucky to have this service while we travel & know she’s safe

I was going into hospital and needed to board Ellie and Brodie. They are sister and brother, completely different personalities. They are 12 yo and never been boarded before.

I arrived at Beau’s pet hotel and from the outside looks good. Entered and began the check in process. The young lady doing this was very interested in all aspects of my 2 kids. She asked important questions which made me feel confident. I had typed up a personality sheet on them both. Eg Brodie can be naughty, he hates bigger dogs, suffers from anxiety and sometimes starts a fight with his sister over snack. Ellie finishes them and is more well behaved, can have a dicky tummy, gags after drinking water. Has done this for years. Don’t separate them.

A lovely lady took them thru the doors and the grooming lady said she will ensure they have a bath before coming home. I received wonderful photos and updates every day. There was always a carer sitting with them outside and they actually looked like they were having fun! A whole new environment to sniff and pee on. Doggy heaven.

They stayed for 10 days and I recovered slowly at home. When the time came to pick them up, I was having problems finding someone to help. Again Beau’s stepped up and transported them home.

Please do consider Beau’s pet hotel for boarding. I’m 110% happy with the care they gave my 2. The staff I dealt with were just fantastic and professional. I will definitely go back to them if I ever need boarding facilities again.

My greyhound is a regular guest at Beau’s and always gets a warm welcome with pats from the front desk staff (and a little heart written next to his name). The team is caring and professional. They send updates and photos during his stay. My dog has a great time, and I have peace of mind knowing he is in good hands. Highly recommend! Thank you ❤️

Thank you, Beau’s for looking after Kransky! He’s a very anxious dog and usually fearful of strangers, but the staff at Beau’s were absolutely wonderful. They took the time to care for him patiently and compassionately, which really meant a lot to us.

Highly recommend. Took my boy to Grooming and day care. We were greeted with a friendly staff. My baby had a little separation anxiety but they made him feel comfortable. He looked beautiful when I picked him up and he had made a great friend.

I’ve been using Beau’s Pet Hotel for just over three years now for my dogs. Biscuit and Toffee both absolutely adore the staff and I know they will be loved and cared for whenever I go on holiday. I get regular updates from Beau’s and they have so many wonderful extras for your pups you can add on to their stay. I have very social dogs, so I always add on the half day daycare option for them. Will always use Beau’s for when I’m travelling and need to board my dogs. All the staff are absolutely wonderful and caring. 10/10 would recommend.

Buddy is a rescue dog and we weren’t sure how he would go at Beau’s..but that afternoon we received a few photos of a happy chappy at play with the workers. He spent a week there and had a great time and was well looked after.. we can’t thank you guy’s enough for the care you took and time you spent with Buddy and the happy photos you sent us..will definitely see you again.

Such a warm, fuzzy, happy and fun place to board your fur baby. Our gorgeous greyhound “Honey” has just had her first 2 day stay at TTLCS and she had the best time. Came home tuckered out from all the adventuring and excitement of playing with other dogs. The vibe is so welcoming, friendly and homely. The grounds are spotless and well presented, the staff are passionate and bubbly, the entire process from booking to pick up was seamless and I really appreciated the email update and photos regarding Honey’s stay and assessment. Our beautiful and energetic 5 year old Flat Coated Retriever spent 17 nights in Take The Leads luxury stay package, and she absolutely loved it! Our dog had never spent time away from home, let alone such a long period of time but we were overjoyed at the beautiful photos, updates and flexibility when we extended her stay a couple of times at short notice. The staff, facilities and care have been amazing and we will absolutely bring her back in future. Thank you all for taking great care of our girl, we really appreciate you !

My partner and I had to head off to Europe and were struggling to find the right place to board our dog.
He used to be very reactive toward people and other dogs, with poor leash manners and several other behavioral concerns. Thankfully, Take the Lead was an option for us! We booked their three week board-and-train program, and I was really impressed with how professional and reassuring they were—even before we confirmed the booking.
While we were abroad, we had peace of mind knowing our dog was in good hands. The level of love and care he received was amazing. The team not only kept us updated with details about his behavior and progress, but also respected and followed his specific feeding schedule due to his skin issues—which meant a lot to us.
When we came back, it felt like bringing home a completely different dog—so well-behaved, with solid foundations for future success. Of course, continuing to work with him and reinforcing his training will always be important, but I truly cannot recommend Take the Lead and their entire team enough.
We will definitely be using them again!

Allie and Caramello had a behavioural assessment and spent a weekend at Take the Lead to prepare for a longer stay. They had an absolute blast and were exhausted for the next two days! Take the Lead has been fantastic at communicating both before and after their stay. Our dogs will definitely be staying there again!

I am so happy at the level of care for my dog Pinecone while she was staying at Take The Lead. The stay and play package was perfect for Pinecone to socialize with other dogs and run a muck. Take the Lead Canine Services: A Lifesaver for Nugget and Me

Take the Lead Canine Services has been incredibly supportive and helpful, not just in training my dog, but also in teaching me the skills and tools needed to live harmoniously with a dog that many would consider challenging.

As a rescue, Nugget has some issues that make her a bit difficult to handle. I was beginning to worry that we had made a mistake in adopting her. However, after enrolling her in a two-week stay-and-learn package at Take the Lead, I saw a remarkable transformation. While Nugget wasn’t fully trained, she had improved massively. They not only worked with Nugget but also taught me how to continue her training at home. They even explained that some of Nugget’s issues stem from her having ADHD, something I didn’t even know dogs could have.

Over the past two years, Nugget has had multiple stays at Take the Lead, and with each visit, she comes home with new skills and noticeable improvements in her behavior. I also learn more about her each time.

Without their help, Nugget would be living a lonely, boring life. Now, she has the skills to go on walks safely, and we are working towards helping her be around other people and dogs without being reactive, nervous, or overly excitable. We look forward to continuing this journey with Take the Lead.

Such a wonderful place! Having a RR is not easy in Adelaide, finding take the lead is amazing to let my dog socialise and stretch his legs on a big farm! Simba stayed multiple times and an over a 10 day board with no issues! Will be a returning customer for sure

Hedgegrove have looked after my cats and dog on numerous occasions for long weekends and for up to three weeks. All of my pets have been very happy to return and have been well cared for when they are picked up. The staff are very attentive to the individual needs of pet and are always welcoming and professional when we check in and out. The cat areas are a reasonable size, compared to other options, and well maintained. Staff take the time to give a report on each animal at pick up and it is extra reassurance that they have spent time caring for them.

Hi. My name is Buddy and I have a holiday at Hedgegrove Cattery. The lovely lady who looks after me comes to the car and collects me in my cat carrier and takes me to my room. She helps me settle in and makes me feel at home. It’s a comfy room and I get yummy food. She gives me lots of pats and talks to me as I am very vocal and enjoy a chat.When it’s time to go home she takes me to the car in my cat carrier and says goodbye until next time. I enjoy my holiday at Hedgegrove and Mum doesn’t have to worry as I am being well cared for.

Leaving Wrath and Boujee behind is never easy, but this place made it stress-free. From the moment we arrived, I felt like they were in good hands. They came home happy, healthy, and full of cuddles. Thank you for treating them like your own!

Our rescue pup Dill has been going to Hedgegrove Doggy Daycare since he was 13 weeks old, a couple days a week, and he absolutely loves his time there. Each time we arrive, he almost jumps out of the car with excitement. The team are amazing with him and he thoroughly enjoys his paw n play sessions. Dill is such a happy little boy when picked up at the end of the day too.

I can’t say enough good things about Hedgegrove! From the moment I dropped off my pet, I felt completely at ease. The staff is friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about animals. My pet came home happy, healthy, and well-cared-for.

We are more than happy to entrust out beloved Charlie to be cared for at Hedgegrove when we need her to be looked after. We know she is happy and being looked after by the pictures and videos we receive daily while she is on holiday. The carers obviously enjoy their time with the pets in their care. Charlie loves the carers and we are pleased with the ability to add extras such as swimming and extra long walks so that she is busy and has the constant companionship she has at home. We do not hesitate in recommending Hedgegrove for looking after your loved family member.

I can’t recommend this dog boarding highly enough, the team that work here at KIPS Adelaide Hills are absolutely amazing. Just picked up my 2 dogs after 10 nights and both so happy , relaxed and healthy. My 2 year old girl is anxious and not usually receptive to strangers but when we picked them up today she was running back to the staff for pats and seemed so at ease. This place is top quality and we will never go anywhere else since leaving our dogs here. Highly recommend ++

I honestly cannot recommend Adelaide Hills Kip enough!! The owners and staff go above and beyond in every way — from the warm welcomes at drop-off to the adorable daily updates, you can tell they genuinely care. My dog Winnie loves this place too! Fabulous place, our dog is always so excited to be dropped off there and doesn’t care about us leaving at all All the dogs we see there appear to be having so much fun and love the staff there, I also don’t know how they keep all the areas so clean looking when they have so many dogs. We especially love the daily photo updates. 10 out of 10 recommend

My 2 Tibetan Mastiffs stayed with Kip whilst I was visiting family in Adelaide. I cannot recommend this place enough!! The owner and staff went above and beyond with care and communication, I was so pleased to get daily updates with pictures and reassurance my doggies were happy. I have boarded my dogs in care in Melbourne and they had reservations due to the size and breed of my dogs. Kip in the Adelaide Hills was the complete opposite, they know how to look after and interact with large breeds like I haven’t experienced in other places. My doggie’s warmed to the staff straight away and we’re so happy. I’m so grateful and thankful to have found such a caring and lovely boarding for my dogs when I’m visiting Adelaide. Can’t thank them enough for caring for my dogs so well. Highly highly recommended!!!

Kip is a great place for our furry friends to enjoy while we are away. The staff at the reception are very friendly, professional and supportive while eager to serve you and receiving the pet for boarding. We were to drop off our son’s greyhound “Spot” for 5 days . He had been at Kip earlier and the staff recognised him. He was very excited to be at Kip. Overall the experience was really great!

I have just had the most amazing experience at Kip in virginia.

I am the owner of a very needy, very sooky 63 kilo mastiff named Knight that believes he is the size of a pomeranian. I am your typical helicopter parent and have never had more than 2 nights away from him and the thought of going on holiday for 2 weeks was stressing me out.
I had contacted Kip via the online chat service to ask a few questions. The lady i spoke to was so accommodating, she spent time explaining what i could do to make his stay as easy and stress free as possible, she also let me know about the drop off and pick up service (Which was a godsend).

When it came to the day of pick up they called me before they left to make sure i was ready and hand over was perfect, nice and quick so i didnt get too emotional .
Once again the staff member that picked him up had the best energy, she reassured me that even though Knight was starting to whine and howl he would be fine and she had heard worse , it was no problem for her.

I chose to leave him in his own little villa. He had doggy tv, aircon and an hour of one on one time with treats daily which was so important because he isnt used to being alone.

I recieved multiple photo updates daily which made it so much easier for me. They even sent some videos of his play time which was awesome.

Of course my flight was delayed when i came home but they had no problems moving their schedule and bringing him back a little later than planned. Drop off was absolutely amazing, the staff member brought him right upto my door and he filled me in on all the fun they had together.

I could not of enjoyed my holiday without the Amazing Team at Kip. I now have an option thats stress free and makes leaving Knight that little bit easier when i need to go away.

First time putting our 3 Staffies into kips.. I was very nervous about it. From the first visit I felt at ease. Having a tour and chat with Mackayla who explained everything and was understanding of how our dogs are. When booking them in with Skye I felt more at ease, helpful, understanding, caring and empathy was outstanding. Explaining to Skye about our dogs she was so understanding. Drop off day was hard for me but I was so surprised at how they went. Skye was so amazing. Putting them into the kennel they all seemed so happy. Skye kept us updates with emails and pictures, they all looked soooo happy. We were sooo happy that they took to the amazing team, letting them pat feed and going for a run and back into kennels.. all 3 dogs are very nervous dogs but as the days went on their nervousness started to ease with the lovely staff. We don’t know how to thank the amazing staff for what they did with our dogs..the outstanding care our dogs were given we will definitely be back..

Kip north Adelaide. Amazing. I had two 5 month old brother and sister puppies going for a week. I asked if they could have playtime together and the lady’s were happy to do so. They send daily photo uploads which made myself and my family so happy. Absolutely amazing place felt very comfortable leaving my puppies there.

This place is the real deal!.
honestly I was so scared at first as our staffy Bruce can be very dog aggressive at times and to top of off he is recovering from his ACL surgery, we were met with an absolute 10/10 service, daily pictures on the portal which we were able to see whilst we were on holiday.

Confident and friendly staff at both pick up and drop off time. Very easy to book and communicate.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Kip North Adelaide is without doubt one of the best boarding facilities I have ever found. The whole experience from booking right through to picking up your fur-babies is flawless. These people are demonstrably aware that you are handing over a family member into their care and they take that responsibility very seriously.

The grounds are well cared for and spotless. The accommodation areas are exactly the same. The rates are more than reasonable but it is the level and dedication to care that is truly outstanding. You even get daily photos of your fur-babies (on a dedicated portal) having fun during their stay.

On my first visit, and on the morning before afternoon pick up, my two babies had a scuffle, with my Frenchie being injured (nothing too awful). She was immediately cleaned up, her wounds given initial first aid and both dogs assessed. I was called and informed immediately after that and told what was wrong. She was then taken to their local vet for treatment. By the time I picked them up later that day, she was fine (a couple of puncture wounds). She came back to me with full care instructions and sufficient medications for her recovery. The bill was not exorbitant either and it was a Sunday. Both my girls had also been bathed prior to their scuffle. Dogs will be dogs but the way this minor emergency was handled confirms my fur-babies are in the very best of hands when I have to board them. In subsequent visits, their knowledge of what has happened in the past has seen them adjust how they are boarded to mitigate any future risks. That’s being proactive and beyond professional..

All the staff are very friendly and wonderful with the fur-babies and their “parents” but a big shout out to Skye, the manager, who is outstanding and clearly leads by example.

I cannot recommend Kip North Adelaide highly enough.

When we picked up Lukey he was so happy and excited to see us. He must have had so much fun that he slept for the next 250 km home see you next week for another visit. Thank you

Our fur babies, Carter and Ruby stayed over the Easter break and from the minute we dropped them off I felt at ease. The staff were phenomenal at putting my nerves at ease and their initial interactions with my dogs put my mind at ease instantly. The staff answered my emails with haste and sent regular photos and emailed check-ins. Thank you to the staff for your warm, friendly nature. Really appreciate it and will definitely be back. Harvey has been attending Dogwise Daycare for 2 years and has also boarded twice. Harvey loves his weekly visits and gets so excited when he knows he is going. Daniel is very experienced and Harvey is always very well looked after. He has learned so much including manners and social skills with other dogs. I receive photos during the day and get a report card at the end of each session to let me know how his day was. I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone.

Oliver started at Dogwise just so i could get him socialised at a young age, and it was the best choice we made. Oliver is now 6 months old and he loves going to see Daniel and his dog friends . Daniel is so understanding and knowledgeable with the dog’s and happy to answer any questions we have definitely recommended Dogwise daycare

My dogs Odin and Zeus are having the best days ever at Dogwise Daycare. They love being social and it melts my heart they get to spend such quality time with other dogs. They come home so happy (and tired lol). I especially love the feedback verbally and the cute report cards, the wonderful photos through the day, and that I am able to ask and book in additional training with Daniel for things my dogs need help developing. It really has given me more confidence in understanding my dogs (and they have become more confident and relaxed too), and daycare will definitely be a permanent routine for us now.

Amazing place that Tommy loves to go every week! Daniel is very patient, send photos everyday, report card with everything about the day. He’s a specialist with dogs, which makes it even more incredible.
Also extremely flexible to take bookings which is amazing.

We can’t recommend Adelaide Dog Farm Days more. They are so understanding of our dog Daisy-Mae as she can be a little bit shy and on the second visit she was her happy self. She comes home happy and tired. The Instagram stories are a massive bonus to see what your pup is up too. I can’t thank Abbie and Owen enough for giving our beautiful girl the opportunity, I know she is looking forward to her next visit.

Could not recommend Adelaide Dog Farm Days enough. Such an awesome group of good humans taking our George out for a brilliant day on the farm to live his best life. He is safe, cared for and has thrived since joining the Tuesday group. He comes home exhausted and filthy and has never been happier. Every dog deserves a day with the dog farm team!

Owen and his amazing crew treat every dog with love and care. Eddie can’t get enough of running around and swimming in the dam. We couldn’t ask for a better place for him to enjoy so much freedom and fun with all his friends.

This is our dogs favourite thing to do. She loves sitting waiting for the bus to arrive, she runs down to the bus, and comes home exhausted and disheveled because she’s had so much fun running/swimming with her doggy friends.

I was so shocked to discover this was ADELAIDE based, as sometimes us adelaidians miss out on the good stuff, but not this time!

Denise absolutely loves her day on the farm. She is picked up by Owen nice and early and off she goes. It is great stimulation for her and always comes home exhausted. Bowie’s been going to Adelaide Dog Farm Days since last year and it’s honestly been the best thing for her. She loves the space to run, the swims in the dam and Owen and his amazing team. First-time client and couldn’t be more impressed! The drop-off process was smooth and stress-free. Their online booking system is fantastic—easy to use and allows you to upload vaccination certificates directly. We received SMS confirmation with all the details, which was super reassuring.

There are plenty of options for both day care and boarding, including the thoughtful option for family dogs to stay together—perfect for multi-dog households. Lots of parking on site made everything even easier.

We loved the combo of day care and boarding. Our dog got the best of both worlds—comfort and rest plus play, socialisation, and cognitive stimulation with other dogs. Separate spaces for big and small dogs gave us extra peace of mind.

The daily photo updates with personalised messages were a highlight—so great to see how much fun our dog was having while we were away.

An absolute credit to the owners. We’ll definitely be back.

Our golden loves going to Puppy Day Care- all the staff at paws n play are always welcoming and give us an update at pick up to let us know how the day has gone. They know our boy well and when he arrives excited and bounding out the car, they are always ready to take care of him for the day. Our favourite part are the photos we receive to tell us what he has been up to, Ball pits, birthday parties and ball games there is always lots of fun for our fur baby to have! He comes home exhausted and we know the sessions are money well spent!

Benno absolutely loves going to daycare here — he gets so excited the moment we pull into the carpark! Jarred, Chanel, and the rest of the team are all so lovely. They’re always friendly, warm, and genuinely caring with Benno, which makes me feel really at ease. I know he’s in good hands and having the best time while he’s there. So grateful for such a wonderful place — we honestly couldn’t ask for better!

Our Goldie girl LOVES Paws and Play! From the minutes we turn the corner, she knows where she is going and the tailing cannot be controlled. The staff are outstanding. Care for each dog that is there and engage them in fun play. Our girl is always exhausted the night of from playing non-stop! Thank you team ❤️

Our Golden Retriever Teddy has been attending for a few months now and is always so super happy to attend and loves all the staff and other dogs.
He is always very happy and content (although exhausted ) when I pick him up.
We haven’t had any negative experiences, not even any minor nit picking.
I would (and have) 100% recommend Paws N Play!

Clover knows the routine now. Every Tuesday I wake up at 6am to feed her then go back to bed till 7am which is when I drop her off at Kip. On Tuesdays when I go back to bed she stands on me, stomps on me and keeps telling me it’s time for Daycare. Having a dog that thrives on socialising with other dogs is amazing. I get to take her to her favourite place where she wags with her entire body!

I have a mini dachshund puppy who hadn’t been to daycare before, so i was a little concerned about leaving him. The staff were very friendly and professional, which made it easier to leave him. I received updated photos during the day, which was great as I could see he was enjoying himself. Would recommend them to friends.

Tilda has enjoyed her last 4 months with Kip and is always excited to run into the daycare every Thursday morning (she sooks all the way up until the handover). I really love the updates from the team when I pick her up and she’s always knackered afterwards so I know she’s had a pretty great time with everyone!

My boy Georgie loves his daycare days so much! All the staff take such good care of him. He looks forward to his daycare time everyday!

I cannot rave enough about Kip Broadview. Wonderful and caring staff – Apple just loves going there. Each time he does we get an update on our account with videos and photos of his day. Highly recommended.

The staff at Broadview are all amazing and helpful. Misty loves her time at Kip and is always so chilled out on the nights after she’s finished playing and releasing that never-ending puppy energy !! A lifesaver for those times when leaving Misty alone for hours isn’t an option at the moment ….. an awesome service & site !! Thanks Kip Broadview team

Whiskey has been having so much fun in KIP every week. They are always going over and beyond to help accommodate him even though Whiskey is always giving them trouble. We see so much improvement on Whiskey’s behaviour as well after attending Kip’s Dog Care. I think it is Whiskey’s favourite day of the week whenever he gets to see his friends
