Peppers Waymouth Adelaide

I really enjoyed my stay here. I liked the entrance with its little touch of calming greenery and and the interior was welcoming and modern. The room I stayed in had an abundance of space and was nicely designed and well lit, not to mention super comfortable and very clean. Oh, and there is a power point within easy reach next to the bed. That's always a plus! The bathroom was equally as spacious and luxurious and had a bath which was also a bonus. There was also a little balcony outside. The hotel is very close to a variety of restaurants, there's a handy convenience store right across the road, a small mall and subway a stone's throw beyond that, and the city's extensive and effortless bus network close by. I was staying for business, but it was a rare moment where I wished my stay was a little longer! It was the first time I have stayed here and it is now my new place to stay in Adelaide thanks to its great quality at a reasonable price. I'll be back!

The staff (reception as well as housekeeping) were warm and friendly yet professional. I liked the room too. However, there was no drinking water in the room. I feel that's a basic. There should be complementary drinking water in the room wheather or not a member, atleast one bottle. My overall stay was nice and comfortable. I enjoyed being there. Kyle, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and the entire staff were amazing – always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The pool and gym facilities are absolutely stunning, making it easy to relax and enjoy every moment of the stay. I stayed here during a business trip and unfortunately found the workspace setup lacking—desks had TVs sitting on top, making it difficult to work effectively even after upgrading rooms. That said, the overall experience was still positive. The rooms were clean and well maintained, the restaurant served fantastic meals, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. If you're traveling for leisure, it's a great spot—but business travelers may want to confirm room layout details beforehand

What stood out most was the attention to detail—from the smooth check-in process to the little in-room amenities that made the stay feel special. The location is ideal, right in the heart of Adelaide, with easy access to great cafes, shops, and cultural spots. Highly recommend this hotel for both leisure and business stays. Lovely location and the staff were very friendly but a few things fell short.| Check in staff, although friendly didn’t really explain much, location of breakfast, location of pool etc |Lack of signage in regards to pool, spa needs repairs.|Lack of robes and slippers in the room|U could hear the lift going up and down in our room |Went to the restaurant just for drinks and the person directed us to sit at the tall tables but didn’t give us a drinks menu or even say they would be back to take an order, wasn’t sure if we went to the small bar and order ourselves.|Breakfast was lovely, a good selection of pastries and egg selections (omelettes were lovely) but it was a bit lacking in the hot selection if you didn’t eat meat, no hash browns, mushrooms, tomatoes etc

I have been attending frequently for my employment and have found that staff have welcomed me back each time (always feels nice to be remembered), they are extremely friendly and accommodating. Rooms are always comfortable; dinner is always amazing (both the service and food).
