The Queens Theatre

Fabulous place, went during the Fringe festival and there was a free concert outside that was excellent, really worth a stop and great drinks too, thanks guys

Had an incredible time here watching a cabaret show at the fringe. Warm and inviting atmosphere with spacious social areas and a detailed wine list to match. Public carpark next door allowed easy access as well.

Lovely Old Gal - the Original Adelaide Theatre - very well restored. So much to look at, in the Fittings, the Fixtures - every where One looks is a Wow experience. And then there's the Stage, to watch the proceedings..

This venue is consistently great. Live music, theatre, dance or just as a bar for after work drinks. The oldest mainland theatre building in Australia. It spent a long time not being used but has been revived. The space is versatile and full of comfy nooks to hang out in. We saw AJ Pike vocalist last night. She has an amazing voice and had a band of Adelaide legends backing her. Contact me if you need a recording producer, mixer or engineer for something from music to spoken word. Have been to two very different performances at the Queens Theater in the last month, was very cool to see it used for both an intimate live music gig as well as fully produced stage performance. Friendly staff and plenty of parking within walking distance makes for an easy and enjoyable night out.

What a nice surprise! Nestled around skyscrapers this tiny little theatre still stands proud. We went there for a SA produce market and it was a great venue. It's great that it has survived and I had no idea it existed.

Great artist/artisan market on the weekends. The setting is spectacular, almost wish there was no renovations plan. There was a street party on the day of my visit, with truly amazing tacos! Worth having a look
