I come here pretty often but most recently for the lucky dumpling festival. Such a massive park for nature and environment . Great view of the river and it’s an amazing place to have a picnic. Amazing for New Year’s Eve fireworks as well. Great place to take kids to for fun or for a date. Good place to have a walk.
Me and my family went there to watch the fireworks for NYE 2025. And OMG, it was some of the best fireworks I've ever seen. And I think it was safely done, without damaging most of the environment.
Perfect spot for a cozy nap on the grass in a sunny afternoon accompanied by cute ducklings.

It's just a nice place to relax, you can sit in the little shelter when it rains. If you're lucky, you might even find some wildlife approaching you, its really endearing, the animals are fantastic, believe me. A black goose approached me and let me get real close to it. Really a once in a lifetime experience, though i haven't been to any festivals, i can see that they're really fun. Update: I visited the zAsia festival that was held here, it was a very fun experience. Events are annual are believe. October 24-27th.
having good spot of adelaide oval, adelaide festival center etc, with 180degree scenic view, and such a cool place for picnic if in warmer weather haa, quite windy here in wintertime rating of mine: 4.3
Just a grassy park with a rotunda. No playground for the kids. No BBQ area. Not much to look at.
