Time seemed to slow right down, letting the fragrance weave through my hair, brush against my fingertips, and settle in every glance. Even on the walk back, the sweet scent lingered in the air and covered my soul.

Loved it. Plenty of surrounding parking. Picturesque and stunning gardens. Great for families, onsite cafe. I could have had a second visit as was beautiful to walk around. We were lucky with good weather and the Chihuly exhibition of glass sculptures was on at the time bringing an element of vibrance to the day we visited. Worth a visit!

Incredibly beautiful, highlight was the area with the lily pads, not sure of the name but it was a heated greenhouse near the south entrance.

Unfortunately, only Melbourne seems to allow dogs on leash in the botanical gardens. Neither Adelaide nor Sydney does. But as we had paid parking already and wanted to spend a few hours in the park, we stayed in the Botanical park that surrounds the botanical gardens. We saw amazing trees with gigantic roots and lots and lots of bats. Was time well spent.

Such a gorgeous spot right in the middle of the city—easy to get to, whether you’re walking from the East End or parking nearby. The lake, the bridges, the little rose garden—they all make it a favourite for both lunch breaks and photo walks. Just a heads up: there’s often temporary fencing for events, which can get in the way of the view or a peaceful loop, but it’s still well worth a visit.

Had a great time at the show (Adults Only Magic Show), full of laughs and innuendo, a bit raunchy at times but all in fun.
Disappointed that drink venue nearby was card only, because of that we didn’t try any other vendors.
Highly recommend the show we went to, tickets received thanks to South Aussie with Cosi who always delivers for his fans

I can only judge the park for the Fringe. It’s a nice relaxed atmosphere where you can sit down relax have a bite to eat drin and watch great shows

The best park in the heart of the city.Great for scenic walk.and the children’s playground is so good fully fenced and toilets available. We just love it!! And the rose garden is absolutely stunning.

Nice park so close to the CBD. Great for walking the dog in the morning.

Love this park on the east side of Adelaide city. Has a nice vibe, excellent paths for walking or riding. Good amenities and fun playground for the kids. I used to take my children here and we’d go on the row boats. Sad to see that Joe is no longer there as he ran such a welcoming & friendly business.

I come here pretty often but most recently for the lucky dumpling festival. Such a massive park for nature and environment . Great view of the river and it’s an amazing place to have a picnic. Amazing for New Year’s Eve fireworks as well. Great place to take kids to for fun or for a date. Good place to have a walk.

Me and my family went there to watch the fireworks for NYE 2025. And OMG, it was some of the best fireworks I’ve ever seen. And I think it was safely done, without damaging most of the environment.

Perfect spot for a cozy nap on the grass in a sunny afternoon accompanied by cute ducklings.

Great place to hangout before and after the game. Great vibe and great experience

It’s just a nice place to relax, you can sit in the little shelter when it rains. If you’re lucky, you might even find some wildlife approaching you, its really endearing, the animals are fantastic, believe me. A black goose approached me and let me get real close to it. Really a once in a lifetime experience, though i haven’t been to any festivals, i can see that they’re really fun.

Update: I visited the zAsia festival that was held here, it was a very fun experience. Events are annual are believe. October 24-27th.

having good spot of adelaide oval, adelaide festival center etc, with 180degree scenic view, and such a cool place for picnic if in warmer weather haa, quite windy here in wintertime

Just a grassy park with a rotunda. No playground for the kids. No BBQ area. Not much to look at.

Beautiful park to walk with lots of option for walk, cycle and play.
Cafe bonython coffee and food won’t disappoint you.
Stunning view and plenty of spot to sit and observe the nature.

Lovely spot for a gentle walk along the river. Lots of bird life. Easy to park on a week day late afternoon.

Located on the northwest side of the River Torrens, Bonython Park is a 17-hectare park bordering Port Road. Bike paths surround this large campus.

Spacious children’s playground with modern and amazing equipment.

An ideal place for a picnic during the day with outdoor grills, tables, and chairs with the roof.

Drinking water is available from the tap.
Public restrooms are available.
Ample parking.

Highly recommended.

Plenty of parking, toilet facilities, kids playground, walking/cycling tracks and lots and lots of open space to relax. Dog friendly park (on lead for the most part) as well as an off lead dog park at a short walk. A couple of cafes are also available.. one next to the golf course if you keep walking to the linear park trail.

Everywhere you look, is picture perfect. Stunning surrounds, walks, trails, playground, toilet, plentiful areas for picnics and all out amazing. If you haven’t ventured here, put it in your bucket list. So much to see. Loads of parking.
be careful not to park along the parklands, you’ll be fined! My girls love the bunyip trail…

Fun for the whole family, has been there many years some things are the same and the equipment was nice, able to be used by children and adults and grand children. Wide open green grass spaces for frisbee, dogs, ball games. Walk by the river or over the river on the train bridge which has a safe pedestrian walkway side by side able to watch the trains or the river and water birds below.

I was pleased. I don’t know why I haven’t taken kids here before, so easily accessible, free parking. Maybe during week might be annoying for parking I think. The park itself very nice, lots to do. Shade available, BBQ facilities, toilets . Very good place to take kiddos

I went to use the toilet. The toilet in the brick building had a sign saying ” out of order – blocked”. The modern automatic toilet would not open the door when touching the sensor switch, even though it was vacant at the time. Not happy.

Great park to sit back and relax with the family. There are toilets and different playgrounds catering for kids of all ages.

My kids Loved this playground, we are new to Adelaide and will certainly be back here.
First of all it’s massive, second – there is so many different types of playground equipment, thirdly – there is lots of trees to climb and park area to play sports.

The swings were fenced off with orange plastic fence which was easily got around…unsure why fenced off…if swings problem take them down.

It’s a very good city park playground. There are many children’s amusement facilities and suitable for children of all ages to play. You can barbecue here. It’s convenient to park on weekends.

Went to March for Australia rally. It’s a good-sized park, but the paths need some work. A few more seats would be great.

A lovely park that totally comes alive during the Adelaide Fringe. This park is used to host Gluttony, just across the road from the Garden of Unearthly Delights. It’s also used to host other events at other times of the year.
There’s lots of shows to see and food to try during the Fringe period.

Saw 3 Fringe Acts for my Daughter. I need to read more carefully about the shows before buying them. Once we were attending the show I realized they weren’t anything I was expecting. Lucky enough my daughter didn’t mind, I don’t thing she even realized. And she enjoyed all the shows we saw, so I did. Too. The ferris wheel really could do with… Well a complete new one. It’s out dated about 5 times over. Being a Engineer I couldn’t help but look at all the joints, bolts, painted over corrosion/rust. I had to force myself to stop looking at the faults or Id have a panic attack. Frankly my dog could build a better ferris wheel from cardboard boxes.

Off to the fringe & the Garden of unearthly delights. We went to a show called Seance which was one of a 4 part 30 minute sensory series not dissimilar to a radio show, as you can’t see anything. Seance provided it’s audience with a kind of spooky atmosphere – placing one’s hands on the table, and listening to strange and eerie voices. I think it fell short, and could easily have been taken further with the use of smell and touch, but more importantly the script was inconsistent and didn’t develop much apart from running feet, nightmarish screams and a patronising voice in your ear.I think in the Coma show you actually like down, and in the darkness experience what it might be like to be locked in your own mind. Suitable for those who like sitting in the dark inside shipping containers.
Went on a few rides, checked out the market Alley(way over priced), then went for a beer.

Lovely park to walk through, full of bird life and plenty of possums if you come at dusk or during the evening. The creek line is pretty degraded and plenty of rats, but thats more a product or urban creeks in the modern era! Gets crazy during fringe time and plenty of people to enjoy – destroys the grass though!!

der Rundle Park schließt sich direkt an die Rundle Mall und die Rundle Street an und ist im Osten einer von mehreren Parks.
Hier kann man schön spazieren gehen durch die Parks, die die Innenstadt im Osten begrenzen. Es ist schön schattig hier, was vor allem im Hochsommer gut ist. Außerdem gibt es hier auch immer mal wieder Veranstaltungen. Es gibt öffentliche Toiletten und für Kinder gibt es hier auch was zu tun.
Schöner Park bzw. schöner Teil einer großen Parkanlage, die die Innenstadt umschließt.

Gardens Of Unearthly Delights, some fantastic Fringe shows reasonable prices, every entertaining and fun for all the family young and old, it only gets better every year well done guys

Love this park which is huge .
It is well maintained with lots of different walking and cycling tracks as well as exercise equipment scattered throughout. There is also plenty of signage around explaining the history of the park as well as its flora and fauna. There are beautiful wetlands with trails and board walks at the southern end.
There is a cafe near the heritage listed grandstand and two toilet blocks. There is a variety of seating throughout.
The park is dog friendly, however, be aware that there are areas where the dog needs to be on a lead. It appeared to me during my visits that this rule is not adhered to nor monitored which is a shame.
It’s a wonderful oasis for birdlife.
Parking is easily available along Fullerton Rd and Wakefield Street etc.

A beautiful park to enjoy a walk, read a book, or simply connect with nature. Peaceful, clean, and perfect for relaxing moments.

A nice park in the South East corner of Adelaide owned by the Adelaide City Council which is the only approved park in the City of Adelaide for recreational drone and RC flights (conditions apply).

The park is quite large and also good for walking and bike riding.

There are public toilets located at the park as well and backs onto wetlands.

Un parco enorme che confina con una pista motoristica (auto e moto) perfettamente in piano con viale alberato dove si può fare un minimo di attività fisica con stazioni che offrono strumenti ginnici fissi (ostacoli a varie altezze, barre per flessioni alte e basse, parallele, ,,,) e suggerimenti per il loro utilizzo oltre che, naturalmente , la corsa, Nel complesso non stravolgente, nel ricco panorama di parchi in Adelaide ma interessante. Molto ben curato.

An awesome park with multi purposes! There is a cycling race course, a fitness course, multiple paths for waking or riding a bike. It’s great to see so many people using this park for all different purposes. Lots of beautiful old trees.

Immediately abutting the beautiful Adelaide CBD East Parklands

We visited today to walk around the newly opened wetlands. What a great space. Accessible with good paths, lots of space and once the plants grow it will be amazing.

Excellent playground for ages 1.5 – 10.
Nice and spread out, lots of space for picnics or parties. Fully fenced and toilets just outside the fenced area.
Water play available, pathways suitable for scooters, plenty of shade too. Parking is on the main road.

It’s such a lovely place for the kids and even adults to get together. Clean, quiet, and peaceful space, especially for families to have a picnic at the weekend.

Nice and quite playground with plenty of trees and grass. Facilities: bbq (electricity socket to connect in one of it), cover tables, drinkable water. Toilets next to the playground. Free parking on the street everyday. Parking not permitted mon-fri from 8am-10am. Lots of cute rats around the bbqs. During night time you can spot possums. On Sundays there is a coffee van park next to the playground ❤️

Awesome playground with good clean facilities. Gated area, with tables and 2 BBQ areas.
Downside, HEAPS of rats. Saw so many during daylight, and they were everywhere once the sun set.
Also a massive tree branch fell down while we were there, Scary to think we were just underneath and so could other people!

Dogs allowed on leash no more than 2m.

A great fully enclosed playground. Suitable for children of all ages. The big banyan tree inside is a feature. There are also two barbecue halls. It’s very suitable for family to play here. There are lights at night.

Lots of nature play style areas with some climbing equipment too. Suits a lot of ages and there are some climbing areas and play areas for older kids on the other side of the creek. When not infiltrating water the creek is awesome too and should be even better once the trees grow some more

A unique little playground with copper/metal looking play stuff/huts and the standard equipment like slides and swings and obstacle course like things. It is easily accessible and seems like a fun place to bring the kids. I think some adults were even having a bit of fun on the equipment!

Room to move for pups of all sizes, small pooches have their own safe play area. Plenty of shade, water and of course poop bags. Noses get a great workout
A shaded seat area is available for two legged folks

It’s a great dog park with separate areas for small and larger dogs. It has a bit of shade which is good if it is hot, and also has lighting at night. The lawn is usually in pretty good condition although there can be a bit of dust or mud depending on the weather. The people who go are usually friendly and the dogs nice.

Good dog park for the dog to exercise and socialise. They have a fenced area for small dogs and another for large dogs. The enclosures are not overly large, however more than enough for the dogs to play. we went back the next day as it was perfect for a quick ran around for the dog

Marshmallow Park is a great place to visit with kids. The water feature is a win! Take a blanket and have a picnic while the kids play around

So much to do here for all ages! My toddler loved the water play – bring a change of clothes for after 😉

Great adventure style playground here for the kids. Make sure you have a change of clothes, parents, as there’s a water play section. I haven’t given a full rating as I didn’t get the chance to explore the whole parkland area. What I did see had nice, modern facilities.

Possum encountered when I walked through this King Rodney Park (Park 15) at night. It was big, like a big cat.

Beautiful park with a nice little playground. Probably more suitable for ages between 5-10. The park itself is huge and has frisbee golf (I think that’s what it is called). Heaps of rosellas, cockatoos, ducks and ibis roaming about (hope I got the species right). Park is filled with olive trees. A worn down skate park is available too. Plenty of parking. Unfortunately the BBQ did not appear to be working.

Good location for a concert. Away from the other festivities, so minimal impact from sound.
The parking and taxi/ uber pickups could certainly be improved.
Also the pedestrian crossing is atrocious on the Bartels road side.
Anyhow we had a good event.

Love this park! Beautifully designed. If you’re staying near Kent Town you can cross Dequetteville Road and walk through to the CBD, very short walk! BUT, be careful of cyclists as a lot of them cycle through it!

Such an amazing space. Breathtaking. Such an abundance of green areas, walking trails, bitumen track. Great for riding and walking and catching up for a coffee and cake at The Vello Precinct.

From the moment I called Service Today Plumber Adelaide , I was impressed. Steve arrived at our house on time and quickly got to work on our hot water system, which had stopped working. He was thorough, patient, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in their work and goes above and beyond like Steve. I’m definitely calling them again!
