Worked with Sophie Haridas for settlement on a unit. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and kept me in the loop when some delays on the other parties side came up. I particularly appreciated that she cared for my wellbeing first in regards to a potential settlement delay. (which thankfully didn't occur) Keep up the good work!

Contacted to complete work on a property matter. Spoke with Peter who sounded professional and knowledgeable. He asked me to provide dot points which I duly emailed through. No response for a week. On calling back to follow up he advised my email had gone through to spam. He sent an acknowledgement email and advised he would email further the following week. No email received. Contacted and left a message. No call returned and when I called again phone wasn't picked up. I have now wasted two weeks when I could have and should have made enquiries at other firms. I don't understand why firms (legal or otherwise) do not simply advise from the outset that they are unable to take on the work instead of wasting the time and efforts of would be clients. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Not impressed at all. Used them as my Selling Agent recommended them. Found them to be impersonal, lack of friendliness and care. Sure they did the job but that is what I paid. Messed up the discharge documents. No apology just a cc when they sent the correct ones. No settlement statement sent to me before settlement to check. No calls to let me know what was happening. Received a call from my Selling Agent saying, "Congratulations, settlement went through." I said, "What... I am waiting to receive a settlement statement to check." He said, "No it's done." Poor form from this Company. Communication is wrong. I won't use them again.

Sadly not impressed, everything is at snail pace, even after supplying every document under the sun and more regarding a dearest deceased family member. Accounts department shocking as to date we asked for 2 itemised invoices and all we get = CRICKETS, under SA Law we are entitled to receive itemised invoices. We also did not get a receipt after the first payment we made, we then had to ask for it and no doubt it would have cost us money asking the lawyer for a receipt.
