Holiday Inn Express Adelaide City Centre by IHG

We stayed here for 2 nights. Easy to get to from the airport, bus stop 10 and takes about 25 minutes and then a 5 minute walk. Yes, it is near all the massage parlours but it is central.|Lovely welcome at reception, friendly and helpful staff. Room was spotless and small but adequate for our needs.|Varied breakfast was included in price. Happy hour 5-7pm with house wine and beer at AUD$ 5 per glass!|Thank you for our stay, we will definitely return.

Reasonably priced. Rooms are a tad small but still ok. The street is a bit noisy on weekends as places close by play music (not excessively loud) but it was quiet by midnight. Parking next door is really handy and you can park and unload in front of hotel first. Breakfast was simple, bacon, scrambled eggs, sometimes sausages sometimes hashies. Porridge cereals croissants, toast, basic fruit and yoghurt. plenty and attendants were always cleaning and replacing food. Staff were happy and obliging. Great location for tram and cbd.

Quite clean and new in general. Rooms are in good size for two people. Walk-in shower is not my favourite. Once the light is on the whole room is lit up through the glass panel. Staff are generally ok and willing to help. Buffet breakfast is good. Overall is value for money.

Abbiamo avuto purtroppo una brutta esperienza in questo hotel La ragazza alla reception ci ha accolti al check in e, in quanto abbiamo avuto dei problemi con la prenotazione (a causa loro) la ragazza in modo MOLTO SCORTESE invece di provare a risolvere il problema continuava a dire che la colpa era nostra e non poteva fare nulla…. Per fortuna c’era una sua collega, forse manager, che ci ha aiutati e ha risolto il tutto La stanza purtroppo era piccola e non pulita (abbiamo trovato tazze sporche, una bottiglia del precedente cliente in frigo) Posizione ottima Colazione normale, non eccellente

Best part was the restaurant staff . Especially Jasmine and the other girls on in the mornings for breakfast. Helped us with anything we needed. Room was very noisy on Thursday night from hindley Street. Checked out Friday morning as would have been worse Friday night. Coffee machine to use for breakfast was only making barely warm coffee. One of the lovely staff in the restaurant... Jasmine.. took our coffees both days and heated them for us in the kitchen... Jasmine and the other restaurant staff were very good and very kind. Nothing any trouble if you needed help with something.

Location is great and room is clean & very spacious with a huge toilet. However room for improvement is the customer service 1stly they didn't reply my email of late check in and 2ndly when i managed to reach here the following day and front desk is not helpful at all when I have difficulty in access to their suggested parking building. In short, facilities are good but not feel any hospitality at all.

I had a lovely 6 night stay at the Holiday Inn. The room was compact but had everything I needed for my stay. I liked that the TV had chrome cast to stream TV and movies. The staff were friendly and housekeeping was great. I chose the hotel due to its convenient location. You can walk to the train station, Rundle Mall and the art gallery. Breakfast was very busy, lots of people and the hot food was actually cold, so I stuck to the cereal and fresh fruit. I would recommend the Holiday Inn.
