After feeling like we had no options left with another clinic, we decided to give it one last shot with Family Fertility- and we are so glad we did! Every single member of staff has been knowledgeable, compassionate and helpful, from the reception staff to the nurses to embryologists. Dr Marcin was clear and upfront about options and recommendations, and his expertise was obvious. Dr Tran was wonderful and so patient with us on transfer day. Currently ten weeks pregnant after our first round of treatment with Family Fertility, we have nothing but praise and thanks for every member of staff. We are so grateful for your care!

We changed clinics after many recommendations to place our fertility journey in the trusted hands of Dr Marcin Stankiewicz and the wonderful team at Family Fertility. We have had our confidence restored with Dr Marcin taking the time to order in depth investigations and testing to create a tailored plan which resulted with great results for a recent round of IVF. Whilst no round of IVF is perfect or predictable, I believe that with Dr Marcin’s thorough approach helped us get to where we are now ☺️ To top it off, every aspect of our time with the clinic has been a pleasant experience for what is a very challenging process. The staff are kind, supportive and leave you feeling like you are in good hands.

Thanks to our GP’s referral, we have Dr. Marcin Stankiewicz as our fertility specialist. From our very first visit, Dr. Marcin and the team at Family Fertility Centre made us feel reassured and well cared for. Dr. Marcin is highly professional and knowledgeable, and the nurses are also professional and experienced. All the staff — from the receptionists (Hayley) and nurses (Melissa, Lyn, Georgia) to the DSP coordinator (Yassaman) and lab team — were supportive, compassionate, and professional throughout the process. I began my first IVF treatment in December and had the embryo transfer this April. I’m now 21 weeks pregnant, and I truly want to thank Dr. Marcin and his entire team for their ongoing support. Their care and empathy made a real difference, especially during the emotional highs and lows that come with IVF. I always felt I wasn’t going through this alone.

Marcin and his Team at Family Fertility Centre have been looking after us throughout our entire Fertility Journey since 2020. We have had great success with 2 successful pregnancies, currently a 20 month old and another one on the way. As an LGBT couple we felt welcome from the moment we walked in. It was a safe place for us, free from judgement and discrimination. We found Marcin to be transparent and honest with us at all times, always straight the point. He never sugar coated how long a typical fertility journey could potentially take, and we appreciated the reality check! We put all our trust in Marcin and his team and they did not let us down once! The team at Family Fertility Centre made us feel cared for with their compassion and empathy. Throughout our fertility journey we knew we were being taken care of by the best.
