Perfect Smile

I came in for an appointment with Dr Jamie, he made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. As someone who is scared of the dentist, I had nothing to worry about here. I highly recommend Dr Jamie and Perfect Smile for all your dental needs. Dental Assistant Natasha was amazing too. She made me feel so comfortable and always made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. Not to forget the front desk staff, they were bubbly and inviting. I think I have found my forever dentist!

I initially went to Perfect Smile for an Invisalign consultation and saw Dr Sara Li regarding this. She was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and patient—taking the time to break down all the jargon and genuinely understand what outcome I wanted from my treatment. She was honest about what results I could achieve with her and what additional outcomes an orthodontist might offer in my case. Although I went with the latter for my teeth straightening, I had no hesitation in returning to her for my routine dental care. I’ve just had my second appointment with Sara today for a check-up and some fillings. Once again, she had an affable and caring demeanour that put me completely at ease and reminded me I was in good hands. She's also a whizz with local anaesthetic—I didn’t feel a thing! The ladies at reception are a fantastic bunch too—polite, friendly, and in my short time attending the practice, they’ve never failed to get a (freshly polished) smile out of me!

My experience with Dr Jamie at Perfect Smile was exceptional, As I am nervous and have mild anxiety from previous experiences at other dentists I was made to feel understood about being nervous, The bus stop was pretty much outside the front door also which made it very accessible, Highly Recommend for any dental care

I am usually very nervous going to the dentist but perfect smiles completely changed my outlook. My dentist appointment was calm, kind and professional. The dental hygienist Hayley gave me the best clean I have ever had. Not only were my teeth feeling and looking great but I experienced no pain or discomfort from the procedure. Plus she was just an absolute delight to be around and eased my anxiety completely. Actually looking forward to my next clean! 10/10 highly recommend!

I have only been attending Perfect Smile for a short time now, and I had a positive experience getting my teeth cleaned by Allanah, who was absolutely lovely. Unfortunately, I also had a really negative experience regarding my wisdom teeth, which is the reason I won't be returning to Perfect Smile again. The Perfect Smile surgeon booked me in to have my wisdom teeth extracted at a nearby oral surgery. I received calls and text messages leading up to the surgery day informing me of when to arrive and instructing me on how to prepare. However when I arrived for the procedure on the day, I was informed by the oral surgery that my procedure had been cancelled because the surgeon was "unavailable". I then called Perfect Smile who said I should have received a call the week before about the cancellation, which I obviously didn't, and they couldn't figure out what had gone wrong, which I just don't understand. Anyway, I had booked time off my very busy work schedule to have this surgery done, so it was super frustrating and a big inconvenience for me.

I’ve been a patient at Perfect Smile for the last ten years and have always received excellent treatment by the staff. Dr Jamie clearly explains the condition of any of my teeth that are troublesome and provides well considered options for any further treatment, only when it is needed and based on his wide experience as a dentist. I find it a friendly, well organised clinic with fantastic free adjacent parking as a bonus.

I never written a review before. However, I would NOT recommend seeing Sara at Perfect Smile. 0/5 star if it was an option.
