I called because I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while and had a sore tooth. I got an appointment within an hour. The staff were so nice and my check up and clean with Dr Jasmine was pain free and calm. I get pretty nervous so that was important. I loved the fancy rooms and TV on the ceiling to distract me. My private health covered my visit, which was a miracle too.

Easy parking around the corner, the set up of the clinic is beautiful, clean and provides a sense of calm. Friendly staff at the front desk and really professional dentist and assistant during the process. I am definitely coming back again and would highly recommend it to everyone.

As a teenager I had so much work done on my teeth that I became scared to visit the dentist. I would only go when things were really in need.
Talking to a client of mine about dentists, after another bad experience, she told me about her dentist, Dr Khuong Pho. So I decided to visit Dental on Pulteney and have been going regularly for the last 10 years.
Fantastic dentist, always feel at ease,no fear and he always explains everything he’s doing.

I booked an appointment online and saw Dr Cui. The entire experience from booking to treatment to billing was smooth and easy. The staff are very friendly and caring. Dr Cui and her assistant did an excellent job with my tricky filling. She clearly explained everything and answered all my questions. Best dentist in Adelaide! I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Khuong Pho is the best dentist in town!! He’s super kind and explain everything to you in detail!!
They do not push unnecessary treatments to you and they are very reliable!! Not to mention they are opened after hours!!

I just had my wisdom tooth extraction done here yesterday with Dr. Lo, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. Like many people, I went in feeling a little nervous and expecting it to be painful or stressful, but everything went so smoothly from start to finish.

The doctors and the entire team were incredibly kind, gentle, and patient with me. They explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable at every step. What really stood out to me was not just their professionalism, but the genuine care they showed. They didn’t just treat me as a patient—they treated me like a person, checking in often to make sure I was okay and reassuring me throughout the procedure.

Dr.Yap made sure I was comfortable and wasn’t judgemental in the slightest when we discussed my past dental history.
We continued on with my appointment with Dr.Yap making sure to explain absolutely everything that was happening and what needed to be done.

I have been attending Adelaide Dental Care for several years. Despite the retirement of Dr Greg Hyde the newer dentists are fantastic. Procedures are explained carefully and the staff are friendly. Located at 45 Grenfell Street in Adelaide means the location is so convenient if you work in the CBD.

Very easy to find, reception/sign in was quick and waiting time was very short. Dentist was to the point, clear and provided costs upfront. Happy I found this dentist..

Dr Berly is a very skillful dentist and experience in various dental care treatments. I am very satisfied with the new equipments and customer service. I have also received positive feedback from the friends that I have recommended Adelaide Dental Care. Most of the charges are comparatively more reasonable than other dental clinic.

For many years I have had a fear of dentists. But my experience with Dr Yap at Adelaide Dental Care has given me a new found comfort with my dental plan. He was very professional but kind and caring and explained everything he was doing before he did it. The pricing was also gentle too.
I highly recommend Dr Yap and Adelaide DentalCare, In fact I travelled from the NT to see him. Worth every cent.

After vising and not being completely happy with my filling, Dr Jasper took the time and effort to ensure that everything looked better and I felt happy. The attention to detail was impeccable and I have never felt more comfortable in a dental clinic. I got my wisdom teeth out in the chair under local anaesthetic. I was able to wear headphones to ease my stress of being awake, however it was done quickly and extremely well. The staff were very friendly and professional. I am now recovered and had no complications.

I booked in to see the oral hygienist Tina Tran, she is hands down the best hygienist I’ve ever seen, she automatically made me feel at ease and the procedure was relaxed due to her calm nature. Darrel and the girls are amazing. Just had stage 1 of 4 implants yesterday and no pain or discomfort just 1 day later. If your looking for dental by a team that wants the best for you this is the place to go for so many reasons. I am having 7 implants in all as well as other work after medication caused the deteriation of the majority of my back teeth. This is going to change my confidence and give me a much better quality of life and I am so very thankful.

I was threatened after writing a previous review, this practice uses scare tactics that are illegal to get you to write good reviews or take down bad ones, I was misinformed, talked into getting crowns (there is nothing wrong with my teeth) had on my plan all thus unnecessary treatment, all for money, when I wanted to change my plan I was told to go elsewhere, I have every right to write this review, I have taken down my previous one as what was agreed to refund my money, there was no talk of me making a different review, so this is it, I have never in my life been treated this way in the way of scare tactics from a business, it’s disgusting behaviour and the practice is well overpriced for common procedure like Fillings and cleans. I will not remove this review as it is a new one, do not threaten me again or I will look into legal proceedings.

My husband and I always receive excellent, pain-free dentistry service with Dr Penny Burbidge at Gilbert Street Dental, with clear explanations of dental issues & mindful advice about the ability and timeframes to claim through our health insurance company. The staff are efficient and welcoming, and the premises are recently renovated and high tech!

Best Dentist I’ve ever been to. My new teeth have changed my life .. I can’t thank them enough for what they’ve done for me.. I’ve had really bad history with dentists and hated going, Caroline Petroff my dentist is the Best she was very gentle and very nice and truly cared , this has changed how I feel about going to the Dentist. I will only be going back to them again.

The dentists here are truly excellent and professional. Everything else about the clinic is great except for the receptionist. The only reason I’ve decided not to return is the receptionist’s attitude and the way she speaks to me — dismissive and made things so much harder than they needed to be . My first visit was in 2018 and stoped going because of this. Thought to give it try again in 2025 but disappointed me again…
It’s a shame that the dentists deserve better front-desk support. But after two chances, I called to cancel all my appointments.

My teeth well what i had left were very very very bad.
Had to get dentures top n bottom. Only 2 teeth on bottom which holds my bottom denture in.
Very warm and very friendly staff. My bill just a tad over $7k which im paying via Humm $135 per fortnight. I am grateful for that or i could not get fixed. Always was in pain and time off work. Now i can smile with confidence agian after all these yrs. Highly recommend. the dentist lady and her assistant were very gentle n very caring. Also some good old fashioned banta, made my vists experience extremely well above what i was expecting. The receptionist also very warm and friendly. Best experience i have ever had. Very professional, give them ago. Remember the receptionist can only give you a quote. When the dentist does the look over of your issue. Cost might change. Hey tho same as getting a quote on anything car repairs etc. The cost can always change once they look… there are many ways which you pay out your dentist bills. I dont have health insurance. So happy they use humm which i never heard of till i went into the dentist. Dr. Caroline Petroff is by far the absolute best dentist I’ve seen in Australia and quite possibly in the world. She takes a patient centric approach to dentistry rather than a high pressure sales approach and took the time to explain the risks of the procedures as well as explaining the options and the costs involved. Where a cheaper option was appropriate she was very quick to suggest it and her personality is very warm and made the whole process as comfortable as possible. I will not see another dentist in Australia!

This practice is all about patient care and you feel very welcomed when you enter through the door. Neat and comfy waiting area. The reception staff are courteous and very knowledgeable who are happy to answer all your enquiries .

Dr Yadav is professional and friendly. Dr takes a lot of care in working on your teeth and Dr explains everything beforehand . I am very satiated with my treatments and the outcomes. I highly recommend Dental Members Adelaide City for all your teeth hygiene and treatments.

My teeth have been an embarrassment to me for a number of years , hence I have put off going to the dentist because of it. However I finally bit the bullet ( pardon the pun) and made an appointment with these guys.
All the staff , from the lady at reception, to the dental nurse and the dentist Dr Smith allayed all my fears and made me feel comfortable and more so, confident in moving forward.
A treatment plan was worked out after initial consultation and I look forward to reaching the final goal.

I came in for an appointment with Dr Jamie, he made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. As someone who is scared of the dentist, I had nothing to worry about here. I highly recommend Dr Jamie and Perfect Smile for all your dental needs. Dental Assistant Natasha was amazing too. She made me feel so comfortable and always made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. Not to forget the front desk staff, they were bubbly and inviting. I think I have found my forever dentist!

I initially went to Perfect Smile for an Invisalign consultation and saw Dr Sara Li regarding this. She was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and patient—taking the time to break down all the jargon and genuinely understand what outcome I wanted from my treatment. She was honest about what results I could achieve with her and what additional outcomes an orthodontist might offer in my case. Although I went with the latter for my teeth straightening, I had no hesitation in returning to her for my routine dental care.

I’ve just had my second appointment with Sara today for a check-up and some fillings. Once again, she had an affable and caring demeanour that put me completely at ease and reminded me I was in good hands. She’s also a whizz with local anaesthetic—I didn’t feel a thing!

The ladies at reception are a fantastic bunch too—polite, friendly, and in my short time attending the practice, they’ve never failed to get a (freshly polished) smile out of me!

I am usually very nervous going to the dentist but perfect smiles completely changed my outlook. My dentist appointment was calm, kind and professional.
The dental hygienist Hayley gave me the best clean I have ever had. Not only were my teeth feeling and looking great but I experienced no pain or discomfort from the procedure.
Plus she was just an absolute delight to be around and eased my anxiety completely.

I have only been attending Perfect Smile for a short time now, and I had a positive experience getting my teeth cleaned by Allanah, who was absolutely lovely.

Unfortunately, I also had a really negative experience regarding my wisdom teeth, which is the reason I won’t be returning to Perfect Smile again.

The Perfect Smile surgeon booked me in to have my wisdom teeth extracted at a nearby oral surgery. I received calls and text messages leading up to the surgery day informing me of when to arrive and instructing me on how to prepare. However when I arrived for the procedure on the day, I was informed by the oral surgery that my procedure had been cancelled because the surgeon was “unavailable”. I then called Perfect Smile who said I should have received a call the week before about the cancellation, which I obviously didn’t, and they couldn’t figure out what had gone wrong, which I just don’t understand. Anyway, I had booked time off my very busy work schedule to have this surgery done, so it was super frustrating and a big inconvenience for me.

I’ve been a patient at Perfect Smile for the last ten years and have always received excellent treatment by the staff. Dr Jamie clearly explains the condition of any of my teeth that are troublesome and provides well considered options for any further treatment, only when it is needed and based on his wide experience as a dentist. I find it a friendly, well organised clinic with fantastic free adjacent parking as a bonus.

I never written a review before. However, I would NOT recommend seeing Sara at Perfect Smile. 0/5 star if it was an option.
