Goodstart Early Learning Underdale

My 11 month old son join in a month ago and he has settled quick and well. The educators and team leader in baby room is very accommodating and did their best to help my little one settle. Communication is great too. He is now comfortable and happy under their care. Everyone from the director, admin staff and educators are all friendly and welcoming, not just to the little one but to parents as well. Thank you for looking after little ones with care.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team at Goodstart Underdale for the incredible support you’ve given my little one. From the very beginning, she settled so well into the centre—something that wouldn’t have been possible without the warm, inclusive, and nurturing environment you’ve created. I’m especially grateful for how her exceptional needs have been met with such care and consideration. It’s made a huge difference in our lives, and I truly can’t thank you enough. Jayda, your leadership and the dedication of all the educators are deeply appreciated. We feel so lucky to be part of such a wonderful centre even though was a short period of time.

Really great centre. So welcoming and supportive of our little boy’s needs (in particular his allergies). Everyone, staff, educators are always kind, friendly and caring, and in the rooms they are always making sure kids have fun activities to learn from while enjoying their time there. Love seeing the photos and reading the stories at the end of day, and following my little boy’s routine for the day. We cannot thank you all enough for your care and dedication.

My daughter has been attending Goodstart Underdale for just under two years. I could not fault this centre in any way. My daughter has autism and is non verbal and the teaching staff have gone above and beyond to learn as much as they can and also work super hard to include her in everything. The teaching staff are absolutely lovely, they know all the parents and children by name and are so easy to deal with. The facilities are also great and my daughter loves all the activities she gets to do. Highly recommend!

Welcoming admin and educators who have helped our kids transition to new rooms &schedules. Everyone is friendly &open and my kids have adjusted well and enjoy themselves there.

Our second daughter and second Goodstart star. Both girls and parents have loved our time with Goodstart Underdale (both starting in the baby room).... From reception staff to educators and directors, everyone has been amazing. Our first was there (almost) since the centres opening and 5 years on, we're still enjoying the experience, the fun, the events and the teachings. Highly recommend!!! PS... As a family with 2 Mums, we absolutely appreciate the extra love, gifts and cards on Mother's Day.

Our toddler started at Goodstart Underdale recently and we couldn’t recommend it enough! We were so nervous as it’s his first time in daycare but the amazing team at Goodstart Underdale made this journey easy for us. The center is clean, welcoming and all the staff are so professional yet so warm. All the educators have been really kind and patient in helping our little one settle and provide very transparent communication. Shout out to Director Raj, Jayda, Maria, Peyton , Francesca and rest of the team(apologies if I missed some names), also thank you to Bianca for providing nutritious food for his dietary requirements! We love getting his updates and photos on the app seeing him play and settle well. The absolute inclusiveness this center has with culture is by far the best we have seen. Thank you for providing extremely warm nurturing environment for our little one and exceeding our expectations!
