Purchased currently two weeks ago and they have not sent the money to me. They lie about having sent it and they will provide a working phone number. Very deceptive. Untrustworthy. Will not return my holiday money. Now have had to report to Australian government scam watch and report to police to have this matter solved. Would not interact with this company at all. Leave for trip Friday without my money. This was to be a happy family trip but this company has changed it into a trouble experience

日本人の方、絶対に利用しないでください。 I was almost scammed out of 100,000 yen (around AUD $1,000) here. This happened a few years ago when my mum brought a large amount of Japanese yen to pay my university tuition. There were no CCTV cameras in the room, and the counter was designed so that customers couldn’t see what was happening on the staff’s side. They used a money-counting machine and counted the notes in front of us, but after counting ten notes, they suddenly disappeared behind the counter where we couldn’t see them. Long story short, 100,000 yen went missing, and the staff claimed that this was the exact amount we had given them. But we were 100% sure of how much money my mum had brought from Japan. I honestly believe they tried to take advantage of us because we are Japanese and English is not our first language. When we told them we were going to call the police, they suddenly got scared—probably because they knew they had taken a large amount—and eventually returned all the money to us. Scamming people is not a legitimate way to run a business. I should have reported this to the police so your operations could be properly investigated. I’m sure we weren’t the first victims. You should be ashamed of what you’ve been doing.
