Awesome box. Great coaches, nice, clean & well equipped. Fair pricing. Did 3 drop in‘s during my stay in Adelaide & totally recommend it 10/10. Thank you for the nice & sweaty hours.
Dropped in for a few days while travelling and couldn't have been happier with my choice to use Soul 365. Team extremely friendly, knowledgeable and motivating. Facility was one of the best I've trained in and with plenty of parking which is great with it being in the centre of the city. I can't wait to train here again if I visit Adelaide again.

It's been almost 12 months since one of my mates first introduced me to Soul365. I had never done CrossFit style training before. I had always done my own thing in traditional gyms. So doing classes was something different. I was pretty nervous when I first started. But 12 months on I can say joining Soul365 was one of the best decisions I've made for my training! I love the group classes and all the great people I've met through the gym. The programming from the coaches get you serious results (thanks Adam, Alex and Carly). They run awesome community events (thanks Mark) which was good for me being new to Adelaide. They are even pet and children friendly as well! I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough if you're looking for a gym with world class programming, great coaches and great community spirit! (And they do a great coffee and smoothie!)
Dropped in for a session and loved the vibe of the place. Shout out to coach Ken, who was super friendly, and knowledgeable and made me feel welcomed into the space. Awesome facilities and super close to town. Will definitely come back when I am in Adelaide.
Absolutely love this place!! The coaches are super friendly, gym environment is great, the classes are run really well and everyone is really welcoming. Despite being in Adelaide for only 3 months, the team didn't treat me any less. I was completely new to crossfit and weights and the coaches were all keen to teach me and answer any questions I had. I would recommend this place to anyone with any amount of experience!
Soul 365 has such an amazing community, I never thought I’d be the type of person to commit to crossfit classes but it’s hard not too be obsessed when everybody is so positive and lovely here. The coaches are so supportive and the space is amazing!!
