My quote and additional photos sat unread in your email inbox for over 2 weeks. After numerous phone calls I then call from your independent assessor who I also have to supply with quote and pics. Assessor also had wrong vehicle in my details. After another week of dithering assessor decides not going to inspect damage and authorises repairs. I then get repairs done which takes a further 3 weeks. 2 weeks after that I get a call from ONE Insurance Group telling me to go ahead with repairs. I wonder how anyone can run a business like that.
Working with One Insurance has been the easiest and least stressful experience I could have imagined. Our downstairs area was flooded in recent rains, and One Insurance have been nothing but understanding and helpful. They have helped us to get ourselves organised and our lives back in order. And there was never any dispute as to who would pay. They replied promptly to my call, and visited shortly thereafter. From then on, the issues were shared and dealt with efficiently and courteously. I can highly recommend One Insurance. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
