Disgusting service. Been a long time customer. Cancelled some policies due to sale of vehicles and equipment in October. Still waiting on refunds. But they have still taken money from my account. After 10 or more phone calls with them, they still call me saying I owe them for this year, but Cancelled last year. I only have public liability with them now,and will cancel as soon as it runs out. Wouldn't even give them 1 star. Disgusting,

All fine until I needed to make a claim. Gallagher provided absolutely no support during the claims process. Although my car was completely stationary when I got reversed into, I still paid a $500 excess, and Gallagher did absolutely nothing about it. I would have expected them to act as an advocate for me. I have moved my insurance to another Broker as I feel that Gallagher has absolutely no integrity. I sent an email to Gallagher providing feedback bout how their service could have been better. I asked several questions in the email and would have expected answers. Gallagher simply ignored the email and did not respond.

We have tried to get travel insurance for 4 months would you believe, going back and forth, mainly us trying to get information from the so called 'client services officer'. I then tried speaking to a manager but didn't get past the receptionist, she said the 'client service officer' would call me back, but never did. We have given up, anyone has to be better than this mob - don't waste your time.

Not a customer focused broker. Zero personal service and emails are written in telegram style with complete disregard to the person being addressed or the person whose money they want. Nothing that I experienced is customer requirements focussed.

Very bad service. They are not responsive at all. I just applied for a quote and called many times by e-mail and called and they kept telling me that they will call me and after waiting for more than two weeks, I still haven't received a single quote. I was just their customer. I hope I never have to claim anything.

Lost a $2000 cheque, one of the ‘contractors’ who collects mail probably stole it. Why have contractors collecting mail when they know there will be thousands of dollars of cheques to steal. Messing people around. Don’t choose this company.

Thorough professional service, business insurance can be challenging, these guys are great. Highly recommend !!
