Great kitchen facilities, has a games room to chill with a billiards table and friendly staff available.

I have found the Student Services team to be very supportive and responsive. They provide clear guidance on academic processes, including enrolment and overload applications, and always respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner. Their assistance has made it easier for me to navigate my studies and stay on track with my program requirements. Overall, I appreciate their approachable and helpful service.

Torrens University Australia is a university that prides itself on flexible, industry-oriented learning, high student satisfaction, and equity and innovation. It is particularly attractive among students who are interested in a practical education and various modalities of delivery (online, blended, campus-based). However, as a profit making university, its prestige and ranking is lower in comparison to the traditional public university. These administrative snags and program-wide experiences indicate that it would be prudent to collect some first-hand information to your particular area of interest.

I have had a very positive experience with the Student Services team at the Torrens University Adelaide Campus throughout my Master of Business Analytics. The support they provide is always clear, timely, and genuinely focused on student needs. I would like to acknowledge Benjamin (Student Services Advisor) for his outstanding support. He has assisted me on several occasions with subject selection, academic planning, and meeting key finance-related deadlines. He explains processes in a clear and straightforward manner, always provides practical solutions, and brings a warm and friendly approach to every interaction. His support feels truly personalised, and he always puts in extra effort to make sure everything is clear and well supported. The fact that he also speaks Spanish added a sense of familiarity and comfort, which I found especially valuable when discussing important academic decisions. This kind of support, delivered with professionalism and kindness, has had a meaningful impact on my overall study experience.

Rachelle was of tremendous help and support. Her prompt assistance and dedication made it possible for me to enrol in MIS610, a subject that was absolutely crucial for me to complete my degree in Trimester 3. I was in a difficult position, and without her understanding, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile, I wouldn’t have been able to proceed. I’m incredibly grateful for her professionalism, empathy, and efficiency throughout the process.
