The CCCC provided excellent care for my child from infant through to kinder. I appreciate the dedication and effort of the educators who enthusiastically engaged with my child through every stage of development. They gave plenty of photos and reports on learning activities, lots of creative play, focus on sustainability and healthy eating.

We love City Community Childcare! My daughter adores her educators and enjoys her daycare days. It’s a smaller centre, all of the staff are lovely and my daughter is thriving. We did a lot of tours before choosing a centre and this one felt right- over the last year we have been very happy with our choice

Highly recommend! My daughter initially started at another centre, but I felt the groups were too large and things often seemed chaotic, with quieter kids being forgotten. I toured City Community Children's Centre and instantly felt the difference - the atmosphere was calmer, with smaller groups meaning more engaged educators and children. My daughter started here at 7 months old (she is now 2.5 years old) and is absolutely thriving! She knows all of the educators and other children by name (as well as most of the parents) and loves the different activities they do each day. Things I love about the centre: - Smaller groups, meaning more individualised care (not a one-size-fits-all approach) - Beautiful rooms with enormous variety of interactive age-appropriate toys and activities (something different every day!) - Lovely outdoor spaces with lots of shade - Happy, engaged and experienced educators, many of whom have worked at the centre for 10+ years - Highly engaged and experienced director - Debbie is frequently in the rooms with the children and is always available for questions/concerns - Healthy meals cooked on site - Focus on sustainability and involving the kids in activities - i.e. gardening, compost bin with worms, older kids help set up and clean up plates for meals - Off-street parking for safe pick up/drop offs.

I would always say this is a hidden "gem" in the city. This center offers quality care for every child. The number of children they have provides an opportunity to build and develop secure relationships with their educators and teachers. Families are happy. It's very easy to arrange days of care. I love how children are involved in their sustainable practices. I always recommend this center!

I highly recommend this childcare centre. They have smaller groups, and low staff turnover, so our kids made solid bonds with their teachers and the other kids, leading to some lovely friendships. The food is great, so our kids were always well fed when we picked them up. The staff are genuinely caring and professional and offer an actual education, not just 'child-minding'.

In simple words - it's a hidden gem. I'm glad I found it. My daughter started here as a toddler and I was a single working mother. I would say I got the best support from educators and management in caring my child. She really loves to go there, how she wouldn't with such dedicated educators? They are amazing and many of them are longtimers. It is a community based, non-profit child care service operating for more than 30 years. I leave to work with peace that my child is in best hands. Knowing them for 4 years, I can say if you want experienced, high level care for your kid, this is the place.

This centre is one of the best decisions we have made for our two children. It’s such a small, friendly centre where everyone is welcome. Their focus on each individual child and their needs, sustainability and the environment, and the wonderful educators who truly care for the children make it such a special community to be a part of. Can’t recommend highly enough!
