I recently upgraded from my Corolla to a RAV4 at CMI a Toyota, and the whole experience was fantastic. The Corolla was a great car, but I needed something with a bit more space- enter the RAV4, which I absolutely love! A big thank you to John, who made sorting out the finance and insurance incredibly easy and stress free. He was professional, efficient, and made sure I understood everything clearly. Also Tony the salesman, was fantastic to deal with, his communication was excellent and he made the whole process smooth from start to finish. The surprise gift basket was such a thoughtful extra and really added a personal touch to the experience. What a great experience buying through CMI used was. From the minute I walked in Rob was friendly, welcoming and genuine. No pushy salesman talk just a genuine design to help me with my requirements. Rob then went out of his way to get paperwork sorted in what’s probably near record time. When I went back to get the vehicle today I was met by David who gave me exactly the same service. It has been a very smooth transaction and I am rapt with my Ford Everest. Very happy customer and a big thank you to Rob and David.
