A big shout out to Kyle and Sebastian, who stayed on site to ensure the job was completed on the day - we really appreciate not being left high and dry without hot water. Kudos as well to Jeanette and Stephanie for responding to my urgent request and rearranging schedules to make sure everything was sorted ASAP. When Troy attended to provide a quote for our box gutter problem, he was thorough and lateral in his thinking, resulting in an excellent solution. He and Max were very professional when they came to carry out the work. Careful, detailed work followed by a comprehensive clean up and a clear detailing of what was done and why. Exceptional Service from the first phone call and excellent job done by the trades. We needed a new hot water system and were able to send photos and explain what sort of system we wanted and they delivered. The trades were punctual, friendly and polite and cleaned up after they had finished. They also arranged for an electrician to come round and move a powerpoint and install the hot water controllers, who also was polite, friendly on time and took care in doing the job. Thanks again Tom and the team, I highly recommend Blue Water Plumbers to anyone needing plumbing work done.
