I called early today to find out when I could get a tube replacement, and was told to bring it in and they would fit it in over the next day or so. I went straight from work with my bike and they said if I was prepared to wait 15 minutes, they'd do it right now. I'm hugely impressed by the service and the friendly nature of all the staff who I encountered whilst waiting. That's the way to make happy customers.

Highly recommended. These guys are amazing. They helped to fix the Ebike I bought online. Other places refused to even have a look at the bike, but this place didn't mind at all it's an Ebike. Definitely will take my bike for service here.
