The Nail Bar Beauty & Co. Chinatown

Today I decided to get my nails done on a whim without making an appointment in advance, which caught the staff a bit off guard. However, they were very nice and patient, and the result absolutely amazed me. The shape and color turned out perfect — I’m beyond satisfied. A full 10/10!

This is the most disappointing service I've ever received. The lady informed me that the gel manicure I wanted would be make her to close late, when in fact my gel manicure was not difficult at all(easy if compared with another shop do it for me). In the end, all I got was a basic color and stickers with no technique or expertise on my nails. She filed my nails so hard that my fingers skin bled. But still asked me ? Happy? If I was unhappy? I just nodded because I couldn't bear to curse. I was ready to pay for something good, but this is what I got for $140. This is so bad. No sense in beauty. Not recommended for everyone who needs the beauty nails.

I had a terrible experience at this nail salon. The nail polish was applied in a very thick layer, leaving an awful, uneven texture. The result looked messy and unprofessional. I complained, and another technician tried to fix it, but it didn’t help much. Even after the correction, my nails looked like they had a week’s worth of growth, even though I had them done today! Extremely disappointed and definitely not coming back. Same to troll away $150 and lost 2:30h of your time!!!!!

I want to highlight the work the girls did on my hands and feet. My nails turned out beautiful. The person who did my nails and hands made a great effort to do a very good and clean job. It met my expectations. On my feet, they need to be a little more detailed with the polish, but overall I am very happy with the service. I recommend it 100%.
