I had a great experience! I had nail artist Nien doing my acrylic manicure. She paid so much attention to detail, giving me a stunning set. She made sure I was happy with the shape and colour at each step. The set is perfectly shaped from all angles and symmetrical. They even sent me home with a gift, how generous!

NAIL HEAVEN! Helen was my nail beautician and she went above and beyond. The cherries are adorable, love love love! This salon is very clean too – highly recommend.

I used to frequent this salon and came back after I took a break from having my nails done, but today was unfortunately my last visit. While rebalancing BIAB, the nail tech repeatedly nipped my cuticles until the drill slipped one final time and cut right through my skin (the black spots are friction wounds, not debris). Upon payment, no compensation, discount or even a band-aid to stop the bleeding was offered. I had no interest in asking after hearing the manager argue with another customer over a repair during the last 15 minutes of my service. Really unfortunate to have to part ways with this salon but this is the second time within three appointments where blood has been drawn.

Got my nails done here today, turned out just like I wanted. It’s really pretty and lea is really nice and friendly. Will definitely come back again

I‘m a perfectionist and had something specific in mind and they put a lot of effort into making it the way I wanted it, even though they didn‘t have the technique I was hoping for. It took a little longer so they weren’t able to do my lashes as well as I had booked, but that’s understandable. Very happy with the result!

Not very happy with my nails,

Sns coating is way too thick and looks funny, when I mentioned that I want it thinner the lady tried to thin it down / file , but got really salty after it got damaged. Been getting my nails done for years and this is the first time I had it this bulky.

I also asked for manicure but all she did is trim cuticles.

I went to get my nails done today and I left with such an awful experience. One girl was so rude to me and it felt like she was punishing my nails. Firstly, cut my nails down so short it almost was pushing into my nail bed. She then used the back of scissors to separate my skin that got glued to the nail extensions. This ended up slicing micro cuts and when they poured (yes, POURED) alcohol to remove polish from my skin, it literally burned me.
I am still in pain from the way she treated them and my cuticles turned yellow on my left hand specifically the thumb and middle finger. I haven’t worn nails since the beginning of the year and I had nothing on them today. I clean my hands with hand sanitiser all the time so I can tell they left it in that condition due to their unprofessional methods.
The owner also tried to charge $55 for tiny bow nail accessories.
Genuinely, do not go here. I wish I could rate this 0 stars. I’m afraid they’re going to get infected now.

Just a money saving tip if your getting your nails done.

Don’t use “LK Nails & Beauty Salon” on Wright Street, Adelaide In The city.
My wife’s nails broke after a 5 days, they fixed them a few days later and she paid for this fix, they broke again the day after they were supposedly fixed.

The owner replied to emailed in a very nasty way, basically blaming her for the damage, so we went to the store to speak to him directly

The owner was then super rude and not willing to look or listen to her and called the police as he didn’t want to even look at what was wrong. We were not aggressive or threatening but we stayed in the store a while in the hopes that the owner would try and resolve the issue professionally.

Just a waste of $70 here and now she need to go to a good salon to get her nails repaired properly

Breaking 1 day after being “fixed” is not a sign of a good quality job

Whilst we were in the store the owner also shouted at and basically kicked a current customer out for telling him he shouldn’t speak like that to women or customers in Australia.

For your own sake – avoid this store

I visited LK for my wedding nails and got them done with my mum and bridal party (5 people total). There seemed to be some confusion with our booking when we arrived, but the staff sorted it all out easily. I don’t normally get my nails done, but these turned out beautifully! I was assisted by Maria and she made some excellent recommendations including the shape of the nail and colours for the ombre look I wanted. She also free-handed the designs and I was impressed! My bridal party also enjoyed the experience and one of my bridesmaid got matte nails, which she loved! Thank you so much Maria and team!

Today I decided to get my nails done on a whim without making an appointment in advance, which caught the staff a bit off guard. However, they were very nice and patient, and the result absolutely amazed me. The shape and color turned out perfect — I’m beyond satisfied. A full 10/10!

This is the most disappointing service I’ve ever received. The lady informed me that the gel manicure I wanted would be make her to close late, when in fact my gel manicure was not difficult at all(easy if compared with another shop do it for me). In the end, all I got was a basic color and stickers with no technique or expertise on my nails. She filed my nails so hard that my fingers skin bled. But still asked me ? Happy? If I was unhappy? I just nodded because I couldn’t bear to curse. I was ready to pay for something good, but this is what I got for $140. This is so bad. No sense in beauty.

I had a terrible experience at this nail salon. The nail polish was applied in a very thick layer, leaving an awful, uneven texture. The result looked messy and unprofessional. I complained, and another technician tried to fix it, but it didn’t help much. Even after the correction, my nails looked like they had a week’s worth of growth, even though I had them done today! Extremely disappointed and definitely not coming back. Same to troll away $150 and lost 2:30h of your time!!!!!

I want to highlight the work the girls did on my hands and feet. My nails turned out beautiful. The person who did my nails and hands made a great effort to do a very good and clean job. It met my expectations. On my feet, they need to be a little more detailed with the polish, but overall I am very happy with the service. I recommend it 100%.

I recently got my eyelash extensions done at House of Polish, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Mai was my technician, and she was absolutely amazing. It’s so hard to find someone who can do lash extensions this well it was fast, smooth, and with such incredible attention to detail.

Mai is super friendly, accommodating, and truly skilled at what she does. She made the whole process comfortable and enjoyable. My lashes look stunning, and I’ve received so many compliments already!

If you’re looking for super quick, express service in 5–10 minutes WITHOUT too much attention to detail on the nails, then this place delivers. I’ve been coming here for many years and, most of the time, I’ve received good service. I normally don’t leave negative reviews unless the experience feels really unacceptable for what I’m paying.

This time, I was told that my nail beds weren’t even, which was given as the reason for my nails not being shaped in line with my fingers. It would be really great if the business could take more effort in training staff to be service-focused checking in with customers to make sure they’re happy with the result, instead of just getting the job done quickly. Unfortunately, this particular visit with the staff member in the green jacket fell short of that, she just hurried and didnt spend much time at all- for someone who is getting nails for many years can tell this is not the service you get!

I got my chrome acrylics done by Ice today!
She was amazing, was super fast and efficient and accommodated to my change from french tips to chrome very easily.
Ice also did my whole set with extensions in an hour to adhere to my lunch break. This was such an incredible experience and Ice was an absolute angel.
I also had some bad skin rips that Ice worked around to make sure I wasn’t hurting as I picked at my skin very badly before seeing her. She really helped my hands look beautiful! Thank you Ice!

I’d like to say a big thank you to Hannie for putting so much effort and passion into my builder gel set. It was his first time creating acrylic flowers, and they turned out absolutely beautiful. I’m so impressed with the final look of my nails! I’ll definitely be coming back to support him again, and I highly recommend his work to everyone.

Michelle did such a fantastic job at my nail art request!! Perfect French tips too. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with every step along the way! The best!

I’ve done pedicure shellac yesterday, the girl who was doing was not friendly at all and she cut the nails too short that it still hurts after a day and she left a bruise on my right toe and when I got home I realized that she cuts my skin and it was bleeding a bit. Even she couldn’t cut the nails straight. Do not recommend this place if you want to do only walk in.

I did a full set acrylic & design today and was very happy with the result. The finish was exactly what I wanted. Lily the staff there was gentle, polite and patient with my various demands. I will defintely come back here again.

I got my nails done by Ivy and she did such a beautiful job❤️ She was so sweet and gentle throughout, and I absolutely loved how the design turned out, the gold tips and little details are just perfect ❤️. Ron was also very welcoming and made the whole visit even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was warm and professional, and I left feeling so happy with the results. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. The staff were unprofessional and rude — I was met with eye-rolls and sighs when I simply asked to see more colour options or requested a recommendation. Despite showing them a reference photo, I wasn’t helped or advised at all.

The end result was not what I asked for, and frankly, the quality does not reflect the $40 price tag. The polish looks rushed and uneven, and the overall service was poor. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I definitely won’t be returning.

I had my nails done by Ivy at Adelaide Nail and Beauty and couldn’t be happier. She was meticulous, patient, and really listened to what I wanted. The salon is clean and welcoming, and Ivy’s attention to detail truly shows in the final result. I left feeling pampered and confident – will definitely be coming back!

paid 70 for nothing. nail shape is not even and service was rude to my friend. I asked for almond and it is more of an oval shape which was done in a rush. The nails are also thick which look botched. I feel scammed. Definitely do not recommend.

Hana did an amazing job on my nails today! She is so meticulous, calm, and patient. I was a bit indecisive and asked her to reshape my nails after she had already filed them, and she did so . I also changed my mind about the colour after she had started, and she kindly switched it for me without any frustration. I truly appreciate her patience and attention to detail. I was recommended this salon by a colleague who spoke quite highly of their service however I’m sad to say I left feeling quite disheartened after my appointment today. They are shorter than the length I asked for (she did ask if the length was okay, but by this point she had already cut two of the nails so it was too late to say it was shorter than where I showed her) and look quite stumpy, my thumb was cut into and the sides of the nails look quite bad.
I didn’t say anything at the time as I didn’t want to hurt the girls feelings, but I would really appreciate an opportunity to have them fixed and redone to the quality I can see in all your other reviews.

My friends and I came it for a pedicure and acrylics before a wedding. The staff were very friendly and the salon was very clean. I was very happy with the outcome of both services and my nails are still looking beautiful over a week later.

The service is excellent. This is the fifth time I have returned to the salon, and I truly still love them. The staff are very enthusiastic and friendly; they talk to customers politely and charmingly. Their nail skills are also amazing — they work patiently and create nail designs exactly as requested by the customer.

Was in Adelaide for a short holiday and was looking for a nail shop who can do these type of designs, I’m glad I went to Lee’s nail and beauty salon. From the beginning they greeted me and made sure I was comfortable. Showed them my inspo and she definitely nailed it. I love my nails so much. Definitely recommend them and will be my go to nail shop every time I’m in Adelaide ❤️

Loved the bright, vibrant colours—such a fun and cheerful set! The finish is super glossy, and the nail tech did a great job keeping everything neat and clean around the cuticles. The builder gel was a little on the thicker side, which made the nails feel a bit bulky, but that might just be due to my naturally shaped nails. Overall, the tech was lovely and really attentive. Super happy with the look!

Every time I’ve gone here, they’ve looked after me so well and my nails have turned out beautiful each time. I’ve never had any cuts and my nails last me 4-5 weeks. Stunning work and lovely service. I’d happily drive 40 mins to go here because I trust in their work.

I recently visited John and Kelly at the nail salon, I visited them twice! 1st one I had my french nails, 2nd one I only had shellac on my nails and I must say I had a wonderful experience. I came in yesterday to get my nails done. I’d already gotten them done 2 and a half weeks ago some where else but I wanted to try some where new in hopes I’d have a regular salon to visit conveniently close to me.

I really didn’t want to do this review because the owner of this place is absolutely lovely. Her personality and her outstanding customer communication is very nice. However. I have to be honest because I wasn’t too satisfied with my results.

Unfortunately I couldn’t give 5 stars because my nails didn’t turn out too well. The shaping was uneven, they felt thin and brittle, the colours were poorly applied and were transparent when I would put my hand up into the light. Bare in mind these colours were not super light. I went with a red and blue colour theme. Originally I did not intend on this pattern and colour scheme but due to the lack of selection of colours I didn’t really have much choice and made a last minute decision to go with the two colours.
I instantly regretted the results but didn’t have the heart to tell her because she was so happy with her work and she had another customer waiting. I specifically didn’t like the way my nails were uneven and I didn’t like how my left thumb had bubbles in it from not being brushed off properly after having them filed and then having nail polish applied.
The shining coat was not on all my fingers. Some were shiny some weren’t. She also didn’t apply the polish very well as my thumbs did not get painted all the way. (Some areas missed)

She’s a lovely owner of a small business but definitely needs to pay more attention to detail and quality.

Today I went to another salon and got my nails fixed. I’m very satisfied with my nails now.

I’m sorry. I had to be honest. I’m hoping this is seen as constructive criticism.

Mal and Ali were so warm and inviting and made my afternoon such an enjoyable experience.
The salon was beautiful and they both made sure I was comfortable at all times. With Mal’s wealth of knowledge I knew my feet were in good hands.
I also had my previous SNS removed as it had caused damage to my fingernails – Mal was sure to remove and treat my nails with care. She did this in such a way that did not cause further damage or pain from my end which would have been tricky as my nails were so thin from previous salons and were broken.

Thank you so much for making my feet look so pretty and cannot wait for my next pedicure!

Firstly I had my nails done (they look amazing) to then have a beautiful facial a neck and foot massage. All the lovely touches like the heated massage bed the warm towels and a herbal tea to finish off. This was a lovely experience and the girls are so beautiful which make it such a wonderful place to spoil yourself.

Nice staff who worked quickly. Pretty colours. Unfortunately I think they overfilled the gel nails / used tips that were incorrect for my nail shape , which caused a lot of pain in my nail beds the whole night. The gel is also all over my cuticles as you can see.

The staff are always really friendly and provide great service. They work very fast and I’ve always been super happy with my nails. My go-to salon in Adelaide!

SNS manicure on natural nails done on Friday, left the salon at 430pm.

Haven’t done anything hectic since, haven’t even cooked or gone to the gym for nails to be ruined.

It is now Tuesday. 4 nails have fallen off in one piece- not cracked, not chipped- just fallen off in it’s entirety, as if they were press on nails.

I’ve had SNS done many times before at other salons, this is the first time nails have fallen off like this. Definitely the first time I’ve had a $60 manicure last 4 days.

The work was good! Like it, but the staff was a little rude towards me. The girl doing my nails was on a call through out the session. I booked in prior but was informed that my appointment had been delayed by 15 mins & I was okay with it, but at the venue the work seemed like a rush job. She was also not very cooperative towards my request of filing my nails first before doing my acrylic nails.

So happy with my service today! i had my old outgrown acrylics removed, and she filed and top coated twice, for $20 such a good deal!!

I’m so impressed by the pace and talent of the nail techs at Posh Nail. My nails and experience exceeded my expectations. I’ve gotten compliments for these nails every time I leave the house and I find myself simply admiring them when idle.

This is was my first time getting nails done as an adult, my mom use to do nails from home but it didn’t interest me at the time.
I was anxious about the process so I enquired through text leading up to my booking, the ladies were great at kindly letting me know everything I needed to feel comfortable.
At my appointment I felt welcomed by the calm and cozy atmosphere.
I ended up chipping the chrome after a week or so of working with my hands so much so I got into contact again with the ladies at posh nails and asked if they would be able to mend the chips – which they could! I went in later that day where they swiftly redid the chrome and with what I think was a more durable top coat. They had run out of the chrome I initially had but I’ve grown to love this other variation of chrome they picked out! I think because they because they had to use a different chrome and the chipping wasn’t too major, they did this without charge which I deeply appreciate as it reflects their value in client satisfaction and professionalism.

With the this new top coat I have had almost no chipping at all!
I left Posh Nails very happy on both instances and will definitely come back. These queens know their craft!

i went to posh nails in rundal mall a week ago. the workers were very nice to me and i loved the acrylic set they did on me however i did notice the acrylic was very smooth and i was quite happy then i realised the shellac wouldn’t stick. well i guessed right because a week later the shellac is peeling off on the edges of my thumbs. i have pulled off thw hanging parts so it’s not just hanging there but over all im not happy.
