Ever since I was introduced to Nilo she has been so so helpful and warm. I was diagnosed with cancer about to start chemo and she did a great job on micro blading my eyebrows. After I lost my hair she made me feel so comfortable to come in an have a try of her wigs. She made the whole experience much easier and to this day she still helps me and I reckon I have 4 wigs from her now. Great service thank you Nilo xx

Absolutely blown away with not only there services but there whole Team! I've had my eyebrows tattooed previously from elsewhere as well as what I thought was meant to be a colour correction which resulted in looking worse than before ‍♀️ I lost trust in anyone touching my brows again but I have always followed Nilo and her business's and the AMAZING results and feedback that her and her team were receiving, I thought if anyone could help me and fix them it would be Nilo, so I messaged her straight away asking for help and told her what had happened with previous people and she was so kind and replied so promptly that she booked me in and said she could help me and MY BLOODY GOD she not only fixed them, but I was so shocked "in a good way" how good they looked just after that first appointment, she talked me through it all and made me feel so comfortable and walking out after that appointment I felt so good about myself and could tell my confidence was coming back! I've since had my "touch up" session and they are even better than the first appointment! It pains me to share such a bad experience. My usual brow girl was away and I just needed a brow tint and lami. There was no brow mapping and the sweet girl that did my brows just hacked away with scissors. The tint didn’t look anything better than something you could do at home with a kit. If anything, I should have done it myself. Now the ends of my brows are so blunt and misshapen. So sorry, but this was not what I expected and for the price too.
