SILK Laser Clinics Rundle Place

Had my first treatment here and Lucy was amazing! From the first call, she explained everything clearly, treatment steps, timing, prices and what to expect. There was a an issue with my payment not showing on my acocunt, but she kindly gave me a free skin prep session to make up for it ☺️. During my first microneedling session, she was super patient, friendly and gave advice on what products suit my skin best. Satisfied with the experience! I visited today and was assisted by Lucy, who was incredibly professional and attentive. I had been to other clinics within the same franchise and even to competitors, but I chose not to proceed with any treatments because I didn’t feel confident in the way I was treated. However, my experience with Lucy at Silk Rundle was completely different. She truly knew what she was talking about and explained the treatments and products in a way that made everything clear and made sense to me. I felt safe and reassured knowing I was in the hands of a professional who genuinely cared. I'm grateful to have been assisted by her and I truly hope I can do all my future treatments with Lucy. I’ve completed five laser treatment sessions so far, and I’m extremely pleased with both the service and results. The lady I’ve been seeing is not only highly professional but also incredibly kind and attentive. She consistently ensures I feel comfortable and well-informed throughout each session, which I really appreciate. The overall atmosphere of the clinic is welcoming, and the rest of the staff are equally courteous and supportive. I highly recommend this place for anyone considering laser treatment – the care and service are exceptional.

They don’t let you go to the toilet even if you want to go really bad before the session (even though you made it ON TIME), they said if doing so they will not finish all the treatment areas… very disappointing… also they kind of told me off for not using the brilliant cream or whatever before the session otherwise will get discolouration … I was never told that before after many sessions in other silk clinic… i was asked about my tan twice after I said it is my regular (from birth) skin colour lady didn’t seem to understand people can be tan from birth????? Don’t recommend

I have had laser treatments by Nazdana, she made sure I was comfortable with the process. She came across very friendly and explained aftercare very clearly. I had her before and have always seen great results. She is booked in for my upcoming appointments. Definitely recommend her xx

I can't speak highly enough of Silk Laser Clinics at Rundale Place Shopping Centre, Rundale mall, Adelaide. The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient, and Nurse Nicole was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I left the clinic feeling confident in the care I received. I would definitely recommend this place for Skin & Body Aesthetic Treatments.

Offers a range of treatment and services for both male and female- full body laser hair removal, skin treatments to beauty injections and non-invasive body sculpting treatments. Staff at reception desk are always helpful and friendly. Store is kept clean and dust free which is always a good indication of hygiene standards. Offers free initial consultation with a technician, then recommends and set up a treatment plan to best suit your needs. But don’t be pressured to buy more than needed, they are very persuasive in up selling. treatments can now be purchased and paid online in bulk, then a appointments can be arranged at later time. After care products also readily available which is convenient. Appointments are generally good and run on time but not consistent as you have a different technician each time and have to reiterate your needs each time. End results are definitely worth it though.
