I had a great experience at Prospect Silk Laser a while ago. I received a helpful consultation, and although I don’t recall the nurse’s name, I truly appreciated the professional and kind care. Amazing clinic! My mum has been going here for some time now and I had my first appointment today. Everyone was very friendly and Cher was very informative and helpful with my skin health. The appointment didn’t feel rushed and Cher made me feel comfortable and that no question was a silly one. Very happy with the outcome!

This is advice to the owner of this clinic: you should consider changing all your receptionist staff. They have no idea what they are doing or how to provide good customer service. I had my laser treatment at another Silk Clinic location and the staff there were amazing. I honestly felt bad for the owner here, as the negative reviews seem to be mainly about poor treatment and unprofessional staff.

I have to say that I missed today Deborah, she is no longer working there but I felt the difference, today I got out with lots of little bruises from those awful sharp razors, this is the second time that happens to me, don’t know why they keep shaving like with rush and not conscious that will cut you a lot. I felt like I didn’t wanted to book again or buy any more packages, maybe I will continue in another branch, but no longer motivated to continue this.

It’s a terrible experience. I came to the clinics today because they sent me an email saying that my sessions have expired, and I need to book an appointment ASAP. I felt so ripped off at that point because when I paid for my treatment, no one mentioned to me about that. Who wants to pay for advanced treatment to waste the money ???? And the worst thing ever the technician didn’t do the job properlyfor my last appointment, she did my arms and Brazilian not even 2 mins and then I told her my payment also included legs, she said she couldn’t do it due to my booking time. After that, I spoke to the receptionist about my case, but the girl’s attitude was so bad. She doesn’t care, this is my manager email, you can contact her. What’s the receptionist job???

Been seeing Emma at the clinic for almost a year now for hair laser removal and hydro facials. She’s always so welcoming and makes every experience so calming. Have not had a negative experience with any of the girls here! I’ve recommended all my friends to come here and I will continue to be visiting for the foreseeable future! I had a disappointing experience during my visit. From the beginning, the staff’s behavior felt rushed and dismissive. Any time we asked questions about the process or treatment, we were met with vague answers like “we already did it,” without any proper explanation. It felt like they were just trying to get through everything quickly rather than genuinely addressing our concerns. Overall, the communication was poor, and I didn’t feel confident or cared for during the visit.

I’ve been to two other SILK clinics before, and TTP has definitely been the best experience. I didn’t have great encounters at the other two clinics, the technicians weren’t the friendliest, and I often felt intimidated meeting them for the first time.

When I moved to the TTP clinic, I started booking the same day and time just to make sure I’d see the same technician because she was lovely. When she went on maternity leave, I was honestly so anxious about who I’d get next but I’ve had different technicians since, and I haven’t had a single bad experience.

Everyone I’ve interacted with at TTP has been amazing from reception to the actual session and even when rebooking. All of them have been genuinely kind and made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable.

I’ve recently completed 6 laser treatments on my hands and arm and my overall experience has been amazing. I’d personally like to thank Samira for her diligence and care that she has shown me during the 4 of 6 treatments she delivered.
From beginning to end, Samira displayed a superior level of professionalism, attention to detail and bed side manner that made my experience with her stand out from the rest.
It’s already a challenge for males to get beauty treatments and we can sometimes feel reluctant and nervous, but she made me feel welcome and relaxed and made the whole experience easy.
I highly recommend this clinic as the staff are always helpful, it’s always clean and if you get Samira as your technician you are guaranteed a high level of service during your treatment.

I don’t usually give revenue but this time I felt I should share experience.I understand that things can go wrong, but what was most disappointing was the lack of accountability and poor attitude toward resolving the issue.

I know the policy of clinic and I do understand that you guys need to give fair treatment to everyone. But even I have waited at your clinic for an hour sometimes and I don’t say a word because I know that sometimes things happened.
But you don’t refund the amount or don’t book again. It’s just unfair.

I don’t recommend anyone going here.

I had to wait up to 3 months before writing my review. I went there for my neck wrinkle problem and had a free consultation with one of the clinic’s specialists. They recommended their newest technology, Ultraformer MPT. They convinced me that it would work and the results would last for one year. So, I agreed to pay $2,500 for the face and neck treatment (they don’t offer treatment for the neck alone).

After the treatment, I didn’t see any difference, but they told me to wait a few weeks up to 3 months. A couple of weeks later, they called me to check. I told them I still saw no difference, and they asked me to come back to the clinic—so I did. I showed them that it looked exactly the same as before. Then the nurse suggested I try a skin booster or a collagen stimulator called Sculptra, which costs almost $1,000 per session—and they recommended doing it 3 times, totaling $2,500!

What??? In the beginning, they told me it was a one-time payment and the results would last a year! I’m so disappointed—I wasted $2,500 for nothing! Not a single person noticed any difference on my face, let alone my neck!

Always a great (although sometimes slightly painful) experience every time I have a treatment done. Staff are lovely, caring, understanding, I’m always greeted with a smile and I can guarantee that I will leave feeling better than when I arrived every single time.
I have just completed my sixth skin needling sessions and am loving the results. Have included two very zoomed in pics of my skin before and after as the pictures really do speak for themselves.

Recently I had my third laser treatment with Dani, whom I’d not met before. Before I even walked through the door, Dani saw me approaching, and smiled welcomingly and warmly.

As a registered nurse of 14 years and an intuitive/energetic healer, I take in others very quickly and precisely; and I immediately knew that Dani is extremely centered, connected, present and engaging.
Dani is simultaneously aware of many elements related to every facet of the appointment; and fluidly moves with all of them.
Also very confident – quietly so, which reflects her sound practice in her ability, grace and way, that I was taken by.

Dani’s treatment, clinically, is extremely thorough.
Remarkably so. As I am the same way, both professionally and personally, the resonance was such a lovely and welcome surprise – as I rarely experience this.

Dani made some observations about the treatment for me and I offered some in return, with some questions related to the efficacy of the laser and future outcomes.

Dee is the most amazing esthetician ever!!!!! She makes you feel so safe, secure, welcome, and comfortable especially during laser sessions. I was always so nervous to try laser but genuinely Dee has made it one of the most amazing experiences, she is non-judgemental, easygoing, genuine and above all – absolutely wonderful at her job. Loved my experience at Baby Skin Store! I got semi-permanent eyebrows and lip liner, and both turned out amazing. Lin Wu was super friendly and made me feel so comfortable the whole time. My brows look natural and perfect, and the lip liner gave my lips a nice shape without being too much. The place is clean and relaxing, and they explained everything really well. Definitely recommend if you’re thinking about trying semi-permanent makeup!

She truly knew what she was talking about and explained the treatments and products in a way that made everything clear and made sense to me. The lady I’ve been seeing is not only highly professional but also incredibly kind and attentive. They don’t let you go to the toilet even if you want to go really bad before the session (even though you made it ON TIME), they said if doing so they will not finish all the treatment areas… very disappointing… also they kind of told me off for not using the brilliant cream or whatever before the session otherwise will get discolouration … I was never told that before after many sessions in other silk clinic… i was asked about my tan twice after I said it is my regular (from birth) skin colour lady didn’t seem to understand people can be tan from birth?????

The staff was friendly and efficient, and Nurse Nicole was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I left the clinic feeling confident in the care I received. I would definitely recommend this place for Skin & Body Aesthetic Treatments.

Offers a range of treatment and services for both male and female- full body laser hair removal, skin treatments to beauty injections and non-invasive body sculpting treatments. Staff at reception desk are always helpful and friendly. Store is kept clean and dust free which is always a good indication of hygiene standards. Offers free initial consultation with a technician, then recommends and set up a treatment plan to best suit your needs. But don’t be pressured to buy more than needed, they are very persuasive in up selling. treatments can now be purchased and paid online in bulk, then a appointments can be arranged at later time. After care products also readily available which is convenient. Appointments are generally good and run on time but not consistent as you have a different technician each time and have to reiterate your needs each time. End results are definitely worth it though.

I’ve been having treatments and using Visible Changes products for a few years now, and at (almost) 40 my skin has never looked better! Teresa, Sam and the whole team are amazing, not just with the treatments and product knowledge, but with genuine friendly customer service. Regarding the products, they’re all top quality formulations and worth the investment; they’ve never caused reactions and you don’t need a lot for them to be effective. I’ll definitely be a client for the foreseeable future!

Whilst visiting my parents in Adelaide (I have been OS and returning for a visit) I thought I would like to get an anti-ageing treatment. As I had no idea where to go I consulted with my friend Claire who has her own skin clinic up in Queensland (Integrity Skin at Mt Gravatt) and she highly recommend Theresa at Visible Changes. I had the Thermage done by Sam and the whole visit was friendly, professional and overall a great experience. I noticed a change straight away and am looking forward to the results over the next few months (as I believe it takes time for the best result). I have no hesitation in recommending Visible Changes for you skin treatments and needs.

I first met Theresa in 2018, presenting with a skin disorder and the onset of rosacea (which Theresa diagnosed). Her knowledge, care and passion were clear, and in a relatively short time my skin dramatically improved. Theresa mentors a professional team and she continues to check in to assess how my skin is faring, making adjustments as needed. The facials and skin range are excellent, and they only recommend products that your Individual skin needs. I keep up the home regimen religiously and it is not difficult or time consuming – I was previously using too many products, some of which were not suitable for my skin issues. Very, very happy with the results and would highly recommend Visible Changes.
