SILK Laser Clinics Prospect

I had a great experience at Prospect Silk Laser a while ago. I received a helpful consultation, and although I don’t recall the nurse’s name, I truly appreciated the professional and kind care. The photos I’ve tagged are from that time back in 2022. Just wanted to show some support for a local Adelaide business.

Amazing customer care! I experienced an adverse reaction after a treatment at the clinic & I’m so grateful for the way the team handled it with professionalism, care, and clear medical advice. The manager and the owner made me feel genuinely supported throughout. I fully trust the team and the process as I continue my treatment. A big thank you for your personal care and follow-up. Amazing clinic! My mum has been going here for some time now and I had my first appointment today. Everyone was very friendly and Cher was very informative and helpful with my skin health. The appointment didn’t feel rushed and Cher made me feel comfortable and that no question was a silly one. Very happy with the outcome!

This is advice to the owner of this clinic: you should consider changing all your receptionist staff. They have no idea what they are doing or how to provide good customer service. I had my laser treatment at another Silk Clinic location and the staff there were amazing. I honestly felt bad for the owner here, as the negative reviews seem to be mainly about poor treatment and unprofessional staff.

I have to say that I missed today Deborah, she is no longer working there but I felt the difference, today I got out with lots of little bruises from those awful sharp razors, this is the second time that happens to me, don’t know why they keep shaving like with rush and not conscious that will cut you a lot. I felt like I didn’t wanted to book again or buy any more packages, maybe I will continue in another branch, but no longer motivated to continue this.

Amazing service! Coming here for treatments more than a year now. Staff always attentive to small details. Always great experience.

It’s a terrible experience. I came to the clinics today because they sent me an email saying that my sessions have expired, and I need to book an appointment ASAP. I felt so ripped off at that point because when I paid for my treatment, no one mentioned to me about that. Who wants to pay for advanced treatment to waste the money ???? And the worst thing ever the technician didn’t do the job properlyfor my last appointment, she did my arms and Brazilian not even 2 mins and then I told her my payment also included legs, she said she couldn’t do it due to my booking time. After that, I spoke to the receptionist about my case, but the girl’s attitude was so bad. She doesn't care, this is my manager email, you can contact her. What’s the receptionist job??? I would never recommend anyone go to this clinic.
