Been seeing Emma at the clinic for almost a year now for hair laser removal and hydro facials. She’s always so welcoming and makes every experience so calming. Have not had a negative experience with any of the girls here! I’ve recommended all my friends to come here and I will continue to be visiting for the foreseeable future! Needs more than 5 stars for sure

I have been coming to Tea Tree Plaza for almost 3 years now and I'm so very happy to say i should have started my laser journey years ago. There is nothing better than having smooth skin and not having to ever worry about ahaving again.... Thank you so much to all the team at TTP you make the process very comfortable as all the staff are super friendly! I had Emma today and she was fantastic! Do yourself a favour and buy in bulk when there are specials on and never have to worry about shaving again...

Could not have been happier with my experience! From the get-go I was warmly welcomed and felt comfortable throughout the whole process. All my questions were answered and I walked out feeling confident with a plan suited for my skin. The products I’ve been using feel amazing and my skin is already clearing up and feeling fresh and supple. ☺️ I highly recommend!

Thank you for your care, excellence in service when I came in a mess from an operation. You were so kind and thoughtful and I left feeling a lot better in myself. Not only did I get LED on my wound - it was redressed as it was going to come off - something the surgeon or nurse should have checked and done before I was discharged. Very thoughtful and caring staff at this clinic!

Love the energy and care at this clinic! Been coming here for years and they always make you feel part of the family! Kirsty is my injector and the only one I trust to do the job! She’ll never let me go overboard and takes the utmost care everytime!

I had a disappointing experience during my visit. From the beginning, the staff's behavior felt rushed and dismissive. Any time we asked questions about the process or treatment, we were met with vague answers like "we already did it," without any proper explanation. It felt like they were just trying to get through everything quickly rather than genuinely addressing our concerns. Overall, the communication was poor, and I didn’t feel confident or cared for during the visit.

Great service, had my follow up appointment and Kirsty was amazing she did her magic made me feel incredible
