The nurses and staff in BalaBala were very patient and caring. They did perfect job in taking care of my skin and their massage was very stress relieving. Especially Sarah is doing a good job at massaging.

I had to wait up to 3 months before writing my review. I went there for my neck wrinkle problem and had a free consultation with one of the clinic’s specialists. They recommended their newest technology, Ultraformer MPT. They convinced me that it would work and the results would last for one year. So, I agreed to pay $2,500 for the face and neck treatment (they don’t offer treatment for the neck alone). After the treatment, I didn’t see any difference, but they told me to wait a few weeks up to 3 months. A couple of weeks later, they called me to check. I told them I still saw no difference, and they asked me to come back to the clinic—so I did. I showed them that it looked exactly the same as before. Then the nurse suggested I try a skin booster or a collagen stimulator called Sculptra, which costs almost $1,000 per session—and they recommended doing it 3 times, totaling $2,500! What??? In the beginning, they told me it was a one-time payment and the results would last a year! I’m so disappointed—I wasted $2,500 for nothing! Not a single person noticed any difference on my face, let alone my neck!
