This is the second time I have hired a car through Avis Adelaide for business reasons. Pick up is seamless, staff pleasant and vehicles always clean and modern. Only feedback is the avis app. I'm.unable register or get the app.to work.
The staff were very friendly and helpful! She gave us all the important information we needed for the drive down to Kangaroo Island. Very much a fuss free process to pick up the car. The drop off was also very convenient! We got a new Toyota CRV and it was easy to drive. Happy with the service provided here!
I rented a car for 5 days and was given a free upgrade from Hyundai Kona to Hybrid Toyota RAV4. The car was great. Oh the staff were friendly and helpful. Great! Thanks guys.

Review of Avis Adelaide CBD: Keep in mind that when you request a vehicle of your choice, you may be presented with a less desirable option (note the condition on their website: "similar vehicle if the requested vehicle is not available"). Take pictures of all the dents and scratches, the odometer, and, most importantly, the fuel gauge, because they will charge you extra for not returning the car with a full tank despite doing so. Finally score, 2/10
Great team here at Avis Adelaide. We wanted to drive to Melbourne and Andrew gave us the confidence to rent with Avis. Its been a smooth experience for us. Special thanks to Andrew and Monique for helping us pick the right car and helping with the agreement.
Despite encountering a minor hiccup with the blocked key drop box upon returning the car hired for a day from Qantas, I must commend the exceptional service provided by the staff. Despite the inconvenience, they were accommodating and helpful, prompting us to extend our hire and ensuring our needs were met. Special thanks to Monique for her outstanding service, not only assisting with the car rental but also offering valuable recommendations for breakfast cafes and places to explore around South Australia. Overall, a five-star experience thanks to the excellent service provided.
