Amazing service from Jim Smithson and the team! I have been using Roundabout for a while now. If you can plan your trips well in advance, it is an economical way to travel business class around the globe. I use to to combine conferences, work events and a little bit of travel for fun into one trip. You can get all the way around the world for a fraction of the cost. Jim is amazing about changes, selecting the best seats and giving advice on what aircraft to be on. When you select so far in advance, you often end up with flight changes or alterations from the airlines, and Jim keeps you in the look and provides best options. I cannot recommend them enough.
