Amazing service from Jim Smithson and the team! I have been using Roundabout for a while now. If you can plan your trips well in advance, it is an economical way to travel business class around the globe. I use to to combine conferences, work events and a little bit of travel for fun into one trip.
You can get all the way around the world for a fraction of the cost.
Jim is amazing about changes, selecting the best seats and giving advice on what aircraft to be on.
When you select so far in advance, you often end up with flight changes or alterations from the airlines, and Jim keeps you in the look and provides best options.

Have just come back from South Africa with a Victorian Falls extension. I cant praise this company enough. So very organised and everything went so smoothly. Our Tour guide 79yrold Jenny with her wealth of knowledge and energy was amazing. We went to some firsts for Bunniks on this tour. I say don’t change a thing. My only complaint is that the extension in Victoria Falls could have been a day longer to see everything. Don’t hesitate if you are wondering who to travel with. You wont go wrong

Mexico Day of the Dead tour
The tour positioned us in Mexico City on the day of the big parade.
Bunnik rep on our tour suggested 2 hour later start that day, messed around for another 2 hours at lunch and we arrived in Mexico City exactly as the parade was ending.
The Bunnik Rep James clearly did not want to deal with the traffic and crowds so we missed out.
Bunnik said the itinerary did not specifically say we would be there for the parade.
How could any travel company be so out of touch?
Once in a lifetime and Bunnik robbed us of the experience

Just finished a Discover Vietnam tour with Bunnik tours and what a fabulous tripo it was. From the very start we were efficiently supported by our agent Jonathon until the time we got on the plane.

In Vietnam we were greeted by our guide HOA, a university professor with an encyclopaedic knowledge of his country and history. We were very lucky to have him as a guide as he shared an enormous amount of information with us that brought the whole experience alive.

Hotels were excellent throughout the trip with substantial breakfasts served every day and many lunches as well as a few highlight dinners. The only negative would be the silly bathrooms in the Bel Marina resort at Hoi A that had no shower, only a hand held wand over the bath resulting in floods in the bathrooms each night! Everything else about that hotel was excellent.

There was a great range of tours included and Ho was sensitive to our needs adjusting things when it was obvious we were exhausted.

The real highlights for us were Hoi An and the Long Tan Tour. Everything about it was fabulous. Most of us booked a show called the bamboo circus which was fabulous. We all thought Bunnick should include this in the program. We had two veterans with us which made the visit to Long tan and the battlefield memorial very moving.

The 19 travellers ranging from 50 to late 70’s all got on really well making this a very fun experience.

We will definitely book with Bunnik again.

We’ve just returned from a Bunnic tour in Turkey. We were left with mixed feelings about the tour. The guide was knowledgeable and our fellow travellers were all nice. However the itinerary was full on. Not enough down time and many of the highlights were rushed due to time pressures.
Bunnic have responded to our negative feedback in a positive way and are going to look at tweaking the itinerary. There response was appreciated.

We’d never travelled with Bunnic before and would think twice before we did again. However many of our fellow travellers had travelled with them. There comments were all the same. They had all loved their previous Bunnic tours but were disappointed with this one.
So my advice is to look carefully at the itinerary, analyse how much time is required to enjoy the individual destinations before booking.

Sells you insurance, only to find out you are not even covered for your flights even though they repeatedly told you were covered for $3k per person, but that was a lie. Then gets angry with you and tells you to get a lawyer – stay away – dont trust them!
Rebuttal – You advised we were covered for $3k each person and even Covid was covered, the amount received was not this in settlement (less excess)- The insurance company advised we were only covered for $3k all up and when they sent the policy through, which you did not provide, we found out the Covid was also not covered. If they only paid $3k in our claim, who would pay the rest? Why would I agree to $3k insurance when that is less than half of what we paid overall. I realise the amount in question is minimal, but its the principle of what you advised and what was actually covered – when you are on one wage and a husband that has a critical illness, it all counts. Glad you confirmed you advised to get a lawyer – what you failed to mention was that you hung up on me. If you would like to discuss further, happy to take your call.

Years ago (at least 4 years) there were few friendly staff members who used to be nice and helpful although the owner (the older lady) who seemed rude but couldn’t realise how much. After covid had a chance as she was dealing my travel booking. I never and may not in future talk to someone who is such rude and serving customers with this kind of behaviour. If anyone has minimum self respect should not disrespect himself/herself by talking to her or even by seeing her face.

Have used in the past with good results and found them professional and effective price wise. They were also very good helping me change travel dates when Covid hit.
Unfortunately was very sharp on the phone when I tried to find out opening hours. This lead to me waisting my time twice the office was not open during the times stated on their door. When I finally found them today in the office one hour after the stated opening time I was greeted at the door by a lady asking me what do I want and not even allowing me into the office. I explained I was a client and wanted to enquire about tickets but I was still not allowed in unbelievably and told there were not tickets available for a few months and closed the door before I finished speaking.
This was totally untrue I knocked on the door a second time and when pressed she admitted she did not want to deal with some airlines. No apology no change in behaviour.
The whole experience was mot pleasant and tell me they are not interested in my business and I will be happy to oblige in the future .

Susie Wong is the managing director of this lai lai travel agency. Her behaviour and attitude were extremely rude and she gave wrong information about airline as I already double verified with the airline myself. Never gave a proper answer at all and when I tried to clarify with her, she showed then unhappy face to me obviously. Highly not recommend to get any service from this agency. Travel fare is also way expensive than I book online myself. LOUSY SERVICE!!!!!!!!
