Walk in repairs requested for the Apple Car play unit in my van. Despite difficulties in opening the unit, the determined operator had the job done on the spot and working to my satisfaction. While the shopfront is not pristine- the efficiency of the operator and his determination to solve the issue was service beyond excellence. Happy to return.

First time customer. Walked in, diagnosed my issue with a subwoofer within minutes. Given a quote and job was ready to be picked up the next morning. How good is that. Highly recommended. Will be returning with more gear soon.

I’ve been using Adept electronics for both domestic and business repairs for several years and have experienced great sales and service compared to other businesses I’ve used in the past. I recently had a CNC machine centre component that is usually very difficult and expensive to replace or repair, Adept quickly found the problem and promptly repaired it at a very reasonable price. The owner showed me the component mid repair in the workshop and I was astounded by the sheer number and varied jobs they were in the process of repairing, which speaks volumes about their skills and reputation. Their level of technical knowledge was evidently clear. I’d recommend Adept electronics to everyone…. 5 stars!!

I was a walk-in and the lovely proprietor soldered up two vintage 2-pin din > modern speaker cables on the spot, and charged me next to nothing. My speakers sound great! Generous and efficient service

DON'T TRUST THIS BUSINESS! Dropped off a Pioneer amplifier/receiver for repair (approx 5 years old and little use) and paid $99 deposit. Was told to call back in 1 week to see how it was going. Called back after 1 week and was told that they were waiting on parts and try again in another week. 2 weeks later after hearing nothing I called back to be told the part was no longer available and they would try souce a second hand part. Months later I had still not heard back and went into the store. It's filthy dirty and stuff everywhere. Technician said he still hadn't sourced the part and I asked why I was not called or followed up on this. He could not answer. I said you either have the part and can get it or you don't. His customer service skills were almost non existant and I asked for the amplifier back. He said I would have to wait to put it back together. I ended up walking out saying stuff you, as was not given a refund for my deposit. Just look at the negative reviews and you start to see an alarming trend here over the years... * No call back or updates on what you drop off no mater how long you wait (can be many months) * Terrible customer service *Say they waiting on parts when they arn't or have none available *Often use second hand parts and charge full price if they have them I would avoid at all costs and find a place reputable. I am very surprised they are still in business! Discraceful and they should be ashamed!

Dropped off a DDJ-FLX4 that had a bit of water damage a few months ago they charged me $90 to find out what's wrong with the deck after I have already had taken it all apart for them. Then with no notice I was waiting for multiple weeks I kept following up to see how the deck was going didn't ever get a call back, then they postponed the repair saying it's not ready and the parts were not received they then quoted $380 which I bought it for 500 just to fix a small part of the deck I then asked them to put it back together so I can come collect I went to go get it and when I collected the buttons were missing and some didn't work I had to haggle with him to give me a $40 refund out of the $90 so came in with a okay deck came out with a even worse one. Thanks for nothing

Just before Xmas I dropped of a LG REAR WIRELESS RECEIVER WHICH STOPPED WORKING. SO I DROPPED THIS OFF. PAID 99 DOLLARS .ABOUT 2 MONTHS NO. CALL, SO I DROPPED IN. SEEMS THE POWER UNIT was blown. Parts hard to get Estimated 5 months. Still no response, what ever you need repaired, avoid this place. They owe me 99 dollars. Extremely poor service and lack of communication
