I contacted the warranty team and followed their instructions to try and resolve the issue, but I had no luck. Eventually, I sent the faulty equipment back to the store, but they returned it, claiming there was no fault with the stove. However, the burner continues to produce black fumes. They neither repaired the burner nor offered a replacement.
I would not recommend anyone getting trapped in their warranty claims process, which is poorly handled and frustrating
Didn’t look at the box properly before leaving and was flustered due to my husband catching me make the purchase (was supposed to be a surprise). Would have liked to have not been sold the wrong one had it been in its proper spot.
Not once did someone offer help and even after looking for someone to help me carry the item (as I am recovering from surgery) I had no luck.
Please ensure staff are more attentive and putting items where they belong.

Today I had an issue with an exchange. I was helped by Julia, who was very approachable and helpful as we discussed my options. The shoes I was trying to exchange weren’t available in the appropriate size, and the sale I got them on was no longer on offer. With the involvement of the friendly store manager, Sal, we were able to pick a different pair with the same deal as the original pair.
We were also assisted by Mya (I say WE, as the shoes were for my elderly mother), who was also very patient and also went above and beyond to find any different shoes in a size small enough to fit my mother.
My mother is very happy with her awesome new hi-tops and I, no doubt, will continue to be a regular and very satisfied customer.

Staff can make or break a business and there is a young man that works there who is friendly and incredibly helpful. His name is Brandon and he is certainly an asset to Adidas. I visited today to get some shorts for my husband. He went out of his way to help me look for what I was after. I was very impressed. I had just come from another shop which I won’t name but the guy there couldn’t be bothered helping me. I felt very deflated walking out of that shop but then I walked in to Adidas and was greeted with a smile from Brandon who asked if he could help me with anything. Well done Adidas for employing such a kind, polite and respectful young man. I’ll definitely be coming back to Adidas Harbour Town.

The girl who (finally) served me was friendly, but advised me that because they’d technically “closed” she wasn’t able to sell me the item I’d driven into the CBD to purchase, despite having waited in the queue for ~5 mins. I was effectively ignored by the other four staff members behind the counter and thus this made for a terrible customer experience overall.

I went to show the same to the store and manager said I can’t do anything as it’s not faulty.
If shoe for $170 has such a bad quality then why should I buy such a shoe. I would have not wasted my hard earn money.
I think they don’t sell original Nike products as Nike shoe lasts for years because of their quality. I think they sell COPY products as their quality is not worth the price.
When I asked the manager what you can do as a goodwill gesture- he said nothing.
This is a not a good customer experience at all.
