I am very disappointed with the way my warranty claim was handled. I purchased a Champions gas burner after being recommended by a friend who had been using the same stove from the same store. The stove worked perfectly for 9 months, but then it started generating black fumes on the utensils.
I contacted the warranty team and followed their instructions to try and resolve the issue, but I had no luck. Eventually, I sent the faulty equipment back to the store, but they returned it, claiming there was no fault with the stove. However, the burner continues to produce black fumes. They neither repaired the burner nor offered a replacement.
I would not recommend anyone getting trapped in their warranty claims process, which is poorly handled and frustrating

She contacted the other customer to check we could be issued the item making our weekend getaway possible. Highly recommend the personal service received unlike the larger camping stores.

Bought a swag, love it. Bought a the Coleman 3 in one cooker accidentally, meant to grab the Coleman cascade 222. The box I grabbed which contained the 3 in one was under the 222. Disappointing that stock is not in the correct spots.
Didn’t look at the box properly before leaving and was flustered due to my husband catching me make the purchase (was supposed to be a surprise). Would have liked to have not been sold the wrong one had it been in its proper spot.
Not once did someone offer help and even after looking for someone to help me carry the item (as I am recovering from surgery) I had no luck.
Please ensure staff are more attentive and putting items where they belong.
Just spent $66.51 more than I wanted to accidentally. Didn’t even realise until I set up the cooker at our campsite

I accidentally double ordered on line on Sunday. I was going to ring Snowys on Monday to check whether I had or not. Before I had a chance I received a call from Snowys saying they noticed two orders exactly the same within moments and the very pleasant lady asked if this was intended or not.
