I had a great experience at this Harvey Norman! I needed to buy a new laptop last minute while on a trip. The department was fairly busy but I only had to wait 10-15 minutes for a staff member to be available. I don't know much about computers but Brad was very helpful and honest about choosing something that suited my needs and didn't try to push me to spend more than was necessary. The computer was also on sale which was a nice surprise! Thanks Brad for the help!

One star is too many for how absolutely disgraced I am with the service. Ordered a camera on 12/7/24 on the 13/7 I was rang to be told it would take two weeks and I agreed to that time frame
I then heard nothing so at the 3 week mark rang and was told they had basically canceled my order and when I said no one told me they said I’d hear by end of day if they could source something
I heard nothing so my partner rang a week later and was promised he would be given an update. He wasn’t surprise surprise.
We then rang again still was told they were sourcing one from NSW and they would get back to us. They didn’t
All in all we rang about 6 different times And they just kept lying and not communicating with us at all. All they wanted was my money and hope that I wouldn’t turn around and cancel my order
Our most recent call was today when the associate told us that they “can’t see a request for that
Don’t ever shop here unless you want to pay money for a product that you are never going to get.
