I have been attending this Rehab facility now for 3 weeks and I couldn't recommend it more highly. Being able to see a Physio, O/T and Exercise Physiologist during the one session gives great variety of Rehab. The staff are all very caring, well qualified and coordinated to ensure that the individual's treatment needs are met. I have chronic medical issues which have already responded well to my time there. We are very fortunate to have this facility in our area!!

First time of my 6 sessions.Clean facilities, efficient staff, professionals. Very caring even the student assigned to me was kind , helpful. All my fears and anxieties ( I have fear of water, could not swim) disappeared within the first 10 mins. I entered the pool.Thank you so much. Looking forward to the next sessions as I had a total knee replacement 8 wks ago.

I was referred to pain clinic. Waited months. Once I was contacted I visited clinic & each time I was asked to come in, it eas JUST talking to OT, or GP, or physio etc. Over & over again. I was in too much pain & couldnt afford petrol the countless times I attended & NOTHING was done. . . But talk over the same things in a drs room. Waste of time , money & energy. I decided not to go back as it was too much stress . . .

Rception staff rude not allowed to get parking permit unless you drive yourself even with disability parking permit. Told to park across road even though elderly parents wouldnt make it that far. Have to love our health system

I broke both legs the right in 2 places and attended SpArc and improved mobility going from being unable to stand or move without walker to using a stick , driving and being mostly independent. I found staff and students helpful ,loved the pool and would go back in an instant if able. It took a lot of effort to get this far, exercises done daily at home and a determination to get mobile again plus not wanting to fail after the encouragement of physios.Thank you every one. PS a big thank you to receptionists who placed permit in my car when l needed a bit of help. Shirley Mather

Rude reception staff you are not allowed to obtain a permit for parking if you come with a carer and are told to park across the road having a physical disability makes it difficult

I just read my discharge summary & I could not recommend attending this service. You make any protestations at all and you're labelled "resistant" and "avoidant" and "having maladaptive cognitions about persistent pain", while they act nice to your face! Pathologising, disgusting & condescending. I am actually 18 months down the track and have followed their recommendations with providers who actually respect me and earned my trust (not demanded it) and seen some improvement, but not even close to my old life/pre-diagnosis. I guess I just must not have been gaslighted about my own body successfully enough?? The only good thing to come out of my time here was getting help to get NDIS funding, as I am very confident any provider with an understanding of recent research in pain could have counselled me on what they told me, even Google would have been sufficient, they are not special. Yep. I'm soooooo resistant and avoidant and dysfunctional that I sought out NDIS to secure ongoing free access to weekly allied health support so I could keep strong and active. Explain that one.
