We recently brought a full house of furniture through OFW and had it all delivered up the Queensland. Sales person was good when placing the order in store and the delivery went ok. When unpacking and setting up the
Dressing table we purchased the wrong miror timber brackets were sent. Which that’s all good because sometimes things happen. But when you have to keep chasing and chasing to even get a response is unacceptable after spending a substantial amount of money. They have finally come back to me and said the are sending replacement brackets this Friday. I’ll believe it when I see it. Then we come to the outdoor setting. This was brought as a floor stock item as is and we were assured there was no damage and it was just an end of line product. The chairs were poorly packed with a bit of plastic wrap around the chairs stacked on top of each other. One of the chairs is badly scratched and one of the leg stoppers is missing. After chasing and chasing we have been told that they won’t do anything because it was sold as is and is an end of line item and can’t get parts to fix. I have told the guy I have been dealing with I would like the owners name and number so I can take it up with them. He assured me they would called yesterday. Still waiting and won’t answer messages now. Very poor after sales service. They say how they offer all these 5 year warranties etc, I would hate to see the run around you would get trying to claim warranty if they can’t sort a minor issue like this out. If the owner reads this please call me back

Great Store with Great savings went for a drive to see the lounge we wanted before buying. Ended up leaving with a different lounge suit lol. I recently ordered the channel bedhead in the cream colour. When it arrived I was immediately concerned because the box was in really poor condition, like it had been opened and taped back up again several times and was falling apart. We opened the box to find the bedhead had not been wrapped to protect the fabric and the sides were filthy and there was a large orange stain on the front. I suspect we’ve been sold ex display stock without knowing, which explains the flimsy box and no wrapping and how dirty it is. Really disappointing and not the quality you expect for the price.

I ordered online a reclining sofa and chair because I thought was in stock .I then get message after order 2 weeks which would usually be fine but I wanted to support someone local and not freedom thinking they could deliver in days .Finally came and promised Friday which it came however no-one Called with time approximately morning afternoon etc .Paid $200.00 for delivery and assembly and remove boxes delivery blokes just left them there .I like to prepare move car and let them in garage etc and be accomodating to the right people but when someone just rocks up looking stoned and I have to move around them it makes my blood boil .

We found a beaut low maintenance and stylish outdoor dining table that suited our needs and that was actually in stock, and placed an order for delivery which took place within the week. Delivery was timely, staff were friendly and courteous. Communications were good too, especially when AFW had to change our delivery date due to the delivery truck becoming unavailable on our preferred day. Bought a second hand fridge on Saturday, and had arranged for delivery within days. The delivery was very prompt, the communication excellent and the delivery guy really friendly. Disappointing Customer Service Experience
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the poor customer service I recently experienced while inquiring about selling my sofa bed. I submitted an online enquiry and received a response from Joe Ceravolo, whose tone in the email was unprofessional, rude, and unnecessarily aggressive.
When I responded to his email seeking clarification, Mr. Ceravolo called me directly. Despite my effort to speak calmly and professionally, his behavior over the phone was even more hostile. I found his tone disrespectful and completely unacceptable. When I pointed out that he was being rude, the conversation escalated further, leaving me with no choice but to end the call.
I am shocked and upset that someone representing your company would treat a customer in such an unprofessional manner. This experience reflects poorly on your organization’s commitment to customer service.
I expect this matter to be addressed and for steps to be taken to ensure no other customers are treated this way in the future.

They pretend to be very nice when you buy staff from them but change their colour once you report an issue even though is under warranty. Bought lounge, beds and fridge 4 weeks ago. Reported fridge issue twice and lastly I was told boss was under pressure he didn’t understand you and you took too long to report so is your fault. Sold everything back to them except beds in a cu-price.

Purchased the Stephanie entertainment unit 200cm in Dark Walnut. I was hesitant at first to make the purchase sight unseen and without a phone number to contact them, however all of my emails to their customer support re product availability and colour were answered in less than 12 hours. Noting, I was emailing them after close of business hours.
The unit was delivered almost to the day of the estimated pre-order date timeframe. Unit was easy for husband to put together. I was after the dark walnut colour to match my existing furniture purchased elsewhere years earlier and it’s a perfect colour match.
Cable access from the back to inside the cabinet is only to the section where doors have open slats. As I have a lot of cabled items and powerboards I didn’t like that the cabled mess could be clearly seen when the doors were closed, so I sticky taped black cardboard from newsagent to inside of both centre doors to hide the mess inside and it looks great. In fact, I like it better with the black cardboard. See photo, one side doesn’t have the black cardboard attached yet and the other does.
I looked instore and online at well known retailers and couldn’t find anything I liked. I did a google search for ‘walnut entertainment unit’ and the search led me to JW Furniture otherwise I would have never known they existed. Very happy with product and quality, exactly what I was after.

I purchased and put in the order for the Alan TV Unit, Alan sidewalk Cabinet and Stephanie Coffee table in early Sept and I received (2 of them) the Alan’s in late Sept, and the Stephanie early Nov (this was well informed on website before I submit my purchase). JW team has been really helpful and had a great system where I have received emails to update me where the furniture is, when it is arriving Aus and an estimate time it will be delivered to me. I also had some issues putting the sidewalk cupboard together. The JW team was very helpful communicating with me via emails and sending me some replacement screws to ensure I have assembled the product correctly. And the furniture (each and every one one of them) are just lovely and elegant. The quality is tip top and the finishing is just beautiful. By the way, the packaging to the products are immaculate as well where the furniture are well protected. I got the delivery person to open up the box to check for damage. Even the deliver guys commented on the packaging is very sturdy and strong. I enjoyed and love the whole experience purchasing from JW furniture. Looking at moving into a new home in 12 months and will definitely come back and shop. Well done JW. Do keep up the quality service and I notice nowadays not many other retailers provide the type of attention and service like you guys do!!! Thank you.

Bought the Monica Walnut Desk for my home office and love it. The quality and colour are fantastic. The body of the desk came assembled, I just needed to attach the legs. Really well packaged too so it arrived perfect. Great service and communication from JW Furniture. Highly recommend this desk.

The communication was fantastic from start to finish. We are somewhat happy with our tv unit. It definitely brings our media room together. However, upon arrival, there were a few white dots on the cupboard doors. It just have been from the dots they put on the inner doors to show where to screw the nails. We were able to remove it with minimal damage, however, as pictured, it did not come off completely. Given how much we spent, we were expecting it to be pristine. The quality and look is great, nonetheless.

After much deliberation around purchasing a table for the asking price site unseen, we could not be happier with the final result.
Starting with the process. Franco was a delight to work with, he was always pro-active anon question was too much form to answer. He kept us abreast of the build all the way through so we knew when our new treasure would arrive.
Delivery of the table. I have never seen such care taken of both the object being delivered anode our house ensuring that neither were bumped or scraped. (tabletop including packing in excess of 60kg’s and around 3m in W&L.
And for the grand finale the table itself. The table, the base and every aspect is a work of art. When the substrate is powder coated all over (normally, I am used to seeing unseen surfaces left bare) you know that it is an investment of a lifetime.
All that is left is to add 10 chairs that hopefully compliment the beauty of the table.
