Meghan is absolutely wonderful and very supportive. Understanding that I work full time, she kindly booked my appointment at 5pm and even waited when I was running late. I went in for ear wax removal, and since she didn’t find much issue, she honestly charged me only half the amount. Her independence, honesty, and professionalism truly stand out—no franchise can offer this kind of genuine service. I can confidently assure you that you will not be disappointed seeing Meghan.

Meaghan was excellent. She was professional, friendly and clearly explained the symptoms and the procedure. The ear wax removal was quick and comfortable, and I felt well looked after throughout. Highly recommend.

I do not normally post reviews but would like to share my experience with Crystal Hearing.
I first contacted Meaghan at Crystal Hearing back in May this year. I suffer from single sided deafness following surgery a few years back. Meaghan tested my hearing loss and we settled on trying some in the ear hearing aids. These were fitted and generously I was offered a few weeks to try them. Whilst they had some good points, I did not enjoy the plugged ear feeling. After talking with Meaghan, with no fuss she recommended I try a behind the ear option. These were ordered and fitted within a week. The result was amazing and a much better option for me. To summarise, I found Meaghan extremely professional and she made the process easy. I would happily recommend crystal hearing to anyone needing help with their hearing.

I was asked (very early in to our friendship) to write a positive review for Meaghan’s business. Afterwards, this was asked of my partner. Looking through the reviews there are many (at least 30+) that I can see are from Meaghan’s friends – not anyone who has used Meaghan’s services.
When catching up with Meaghan, she would regularly give updates from her problem clients and always laugh about them.
Be careful when using Meaghan’s services and make sure to take each review with a grain of salt!

I had an appointment yesterday for microsuction earwax removal and Meaghan was very professional yet caring, gentle and friendly and did a wonderful job of clearing my ears. I will most definitely book any and all future audiology services with her and will highly recommend her to family and friends.

I have been seeing Meaghan for 2 and a half years now in clinic for wax removal. She is always efficient, kind and helpful, not to mention my mum is also a customer and she also helped my late grandmother. Beyond appreciative 🙂

Truly efficient, caring and fabulous customer service and care and follow up on the device. Life for my mother Maria 84 with dementia has been amazing since buying her fancy rechargeable hearing aids from I.Hearing. I.H don’t mind how many times you return with the hearing aid , there goal is to set the right volume, frequency in the device perfectly – it’s all about clients comfort. Please take your elderly parents to this business , trust me! This is a game changer for someone with diminishing hearing. We at home enjoy talking to each other -now ! instead of yelling lol.

Can’t recommend Luke enough! As a younger person needing hearing aids, I have found his approach incredibly empathetic and kind. He’s also very informative, great at thoroughly explaining the more technical things, and highly responsive to queries. I had previously received another quote for top-of-the-line hearing aids at another audiologist, and Independent Hearing saved me 20%.

Couldn’t recommend their services more, Luke was very patient with me and my situation and I can definitely see myself returning for regular cleaning!

I have been going to Just Hear (Craig) for many years. I travel from the Fleurieu Peninsula. I highly recommend his services, he is thorough and has his clients best interests at heart. After many negative experiences with large providers it is nice to be treated as an individual in a caring environment.

Such a great experience! Craig had a busy day but was able to fit me in for micro suction after I called with a painful blocked ear. He was so gentle and thorough and it was completely pain free! I have been to other clinics for the same procedure but will definitely be coming back to Just Hear. I’m so glad to have happened across his clinic. Thanks again Craig!

Returned for a follow-up review after having the hearing aids for 4 years. Craig was as professional as ever. Tested my hearing and the aids. Found a slight deterioration in my hearing, Found the aids were still in good working order and adjusted them to suit my new requirements. Noticeable improvement in my hearing following adjustment. I find Craig knowledgeable and explains things well. He is an independent audiologist. There was no ‘sales pressure’.
Overall a good experience and highly recommended.

This man is one of the best audiologists I have ever been too.

His service and knowlege is so good.

Best money I ever spent.

Craig managed to fit me in for an emergency ear clean and I feel like a brand new man. Very affordable and knowledgeable. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

Craig was amazing. He managed to squeeze me in late on a Friday afternoon when my ear was completely blocked, and used microsuction to remove all of the wax with ease. Can’t speak highly enough of Craig’s service. I left with a big smile on my face.
