I highly recommend Jason and his staff so informative and happy to answer any questions unlike a previous well known hearing aid company who put pressure on me to purchase aids even though I never stated I would be purchasing any. I only had a consult and said I’ll think about it! Jason did not and continues to not pressure me and leaves me to think about any purchases. I’ve now made 2 over the last four years. I’m extremely happy with the recommendations Jason has made and he explained in easy to understand language my options for my purchases. The after sales service has been made easy too. Nothing was too much trouble and Jason was very thorough in helping me choose a hearing aid that would meet my needs.
